I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience. My therapist, Josh, was kind, professional, and extremely competent. The overall atmosphere is supportive and positive which makes the healing process so much better. Not only did I get results from my PT plan, I felt supported at every step along my journey.

I had a partial tear of my meniscus from running and came to Foothills on the corner of Brown and Lindsay for my PT. I am very impressed and happy with my experience at Foothills. They are very professional and are experts in their field. I worked with Josh, Jillian, Brad, Oliver and others and it was a very positive, healing and helpful experience. I strongly recommend working with them if you run into the need for PT.

Top Notch! This office is exceptional. If you are looking for a physical therapist and team that cares, I highly recommend Lindsey and the entire PT team at Foothills PT. They helped me tremendously with my TMJ issues and chronic pain. Lindsey and her team worked to identify the root cause and treat it. Nothing else has worked for me yet. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. From the front desk and scheduling to the actual PT, they’ve got it all together and will take amazing care of you.

One of the best physical therapy experiences I've had. Josh developed a program to address my specific issues. We were suprised how quickly I responded. I was able to easily do the stretches and exercises at home. Everyone at Foothills Physical Therapy were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Great place. I highly recommend.

Hats off to Jillian from Foothills Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine on Brown Road in Mesa. Have been to this facility on and off for many years for many different reasons. Every time I go Jillian has been consistently caring, knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. I have to believe like all of us, Jillian must have some down days. If she does, it never shows as she greets everyone as well as all through their session. She is always pleasant and friendly! As one gets stronger, the exercises change and she is always on top making sure of the details, my thumb is in the right position, my arm is in position or my hand is right or am doing the exercise correctly. All the while taking care of numerous clients. I am amazed at her ability to multi-task. She is always one step ahead. While I am doing one exercise, she has the weights, T bar, elastic band or any other equipment ready for the next exercise so it’s a seamless work out! She is attentive to multiple clients as well as keeping the Physical Therapists updated to make efficient use of their time! Thank you, thank you Jillian!

Lindsey is amazing! I went to her for Pelvic Floor Therapy and physical therapy. I came in a hobgoblin barely able to do anything post baby #2 and I left feeling confident and able bodied. I am able to help my older son practice football, grab cases of anything at Costco and get back into exercising like normal. I appreciate the time and effort it took to get me well again. I now have the tools to help myself should I ever feel the pain I was once feeling again. Honorable Note Jillian is a lifesaver and help me grow my confidence in holding any amount on weight that wasn’t just my newborn. Staff was always friendly and the facility was always clean.

Recently received excellent PT support at Foothills—2835 E Brown Rd for knee replacement surgery rehabilitation. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and upbeat. They are attentive to your individual needs and use a team approach to planning your PT sessions. The facility is well designed and equipped. I looked forward to going to every session. At my 3-month follow-up with my surgeon, he said to “ congratulate my physical therapist for the job they had done on my knee rehab.” I highly recommend Foothills PT and Sports Medicine.
