I have been in pain management for several decade. Finding Dr Mehta almost two years ago was a blessing. I recently avoided a crisis by Dr Methas vigilance. He was monitoring my internal medication pump.I was unaware he was on top of my care so completely Before the alarm went off, he set for it to be replaced saving me an extremely difficult time. I can with an open heart recommend him to everyone Peter
The Doctor did not care about my health The first thing he asked was how is the case going and kept on asking about what was the outcome And since I did not want to talked to him about that he started writing false reports. At the since they did not stop pressing on the subject I left. I do not recommend these office to anyone they are con artists.
I was the last appointment of the day on a Friday afternoon. They closed the office right after my appointment, locked up, and left. They left me in the parking lot by myself without water. It was 98° and there was no shade. I am 75, in a wheelchair, & have almost no way to defend myself. I sat there sweltering in the sun, totally vulnerable, until my ride showed up 20 minutes later.🤬 If I could give them a negative rating, I would!
Foothill Pain Management is a place if you’re in pain you’re very lucky to find this place. Doctors here are always looking for the best way to relieve your pain and if you’re having troubles with your prescription they get on the phone with the pharmacy, the doctors staff is always on top of it they know that the medication the doctor prescribed is very important for your comfort .. thank you keep up the good practice
I've been going there to Dr Mehta for almost 3 yrs. He is thoughtful and caring. You have to earn the trust . I came from Washington and I have been dealing with pain since 2001. Thank god for Dr who do understand pain. Alot don't. It's a shame people abuse the system. Follow th rules and you get treated with respect. Ty pain management.
Why is it when we went to the Rancho office, girl upfront is on the phone, talking all her business and then says I'm gonna go help this patient I can keep you on speaker if you want or I can call you bk. UMMM no!!! You don't share patient business with your personal call. No hi, how are you, I said how improfessional, should of known not to go to Pomona office either, did I think it was gonna be any better. Walk in no hi, " you have an appt, you have mask"?. Guy in gray scrubs just leaning back in the chair, come on sit up. Your at work! Should of told patients before hand, no spouses aloud, anf mask are mandated, not when we get there, especially when both people take time off of work for this appt. This young generation need alot of training. Front desk employees make a big impression when a person walks in the door. Maybe a little hi, how can we help you would be nice!
Dr. Mehta is an excellent, board certified physician and an all-around nice guy. He cares about each of his patients and the atmosphere at Foothills Pain Management is very laid back and fun (if going to the doctor could be fun). If you have chronic pain see doctor Mehta. He will fix you up!
Just went here yesterday for the first time for my slipped discs and sciatica. I saw Dr. Kim. Outstanding place. Dr. Kim listened to my concerns. He ordered an MRI and referred me to physical therapy. He also prescribed pain medication until my condition improves.
