Foltsbrook Center Nursing and Rehabilitation

The facility is very nice the workers are very kind and generous. They all are very welcoming to new staff and very helpful. I am proud to say I'm on this team..team work make things a lot easier....

They are short staffed patients don’t get their medication or they are late which is horrible for people suffering from pain. The TVs don’t work or go blank often. They don’t always get people out of bed because they say they are short staffed. I’m guessing the place is old and things like the shower only run at a trickle. My friend says they barely wash her hair nicely meaning they get it nice and clean and the patient feels better. My friend is not getting her buttock barely clean- the patient used to love her showers but now they are an ordeal and she doesn’t feel clean. Someone send the state into figure out if they should be closed.

My special needs brother is currently in the rehab unit. He received amazing care from the moment he arrived. Staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. I am a nurse going on 30 years, and have seen a lot. I am very impressed, and feel at ease knowing my brother is being cared for with such kindness, and compassion. Thank you to all the staff!

My mom has received wonderful care. All the staff has been very sweet to her and very nice to the family. I feel that she would not have recovered very well anywhere else.

the few people that i saw there seemed to like their jobs and it was nice to see them interacting with patients making them laugh.

My mother lives on the assisted living side and I couldn’t be much happier with it and neither could she. The staff is absolutely amazing and are always on top of things if you need something done. Jess and Kelsey are absolutely the best they will answer there phone anytime of the day even when not working to help you with anything that you need. I am so thankful to these people they have taken great care of my mother and myself I wouldn’t think to have my mother anywhere else.

I have found that the room my brother is in is very clean and bright . While visiting the staff checked in to see if he wanted and thing to drink. They have also responded to His calls very quickly.

My mother was admitted to the short term rehab center unit and was treated with kindness and respect. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff treated us like we were there family.
