Folsom Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

This was my 1st experience with rehab & I was extremely scared. I had a broken hip & wrist but everyone that worked there was so kind.. those sweet girls always greeted me as if I wasn't a patient but a family member & would stop just to CK on me to see if I needed anything. I'm not good with names but the entire MGMT team came to my room...very impressive...each employee did everything from making my bed comfortable, my food great, my shower not embarrassing & everything in between perfect...these people treat you beyond good & they will never know how much they helped me because I'm not a good patient. This place is awesome! The staff is amazing. The food looks good, and considering how many floors and residents this place has, the care is great! Big shout out to Andine, Wick, and the rest of the caregivers! And a special thanks to Diane and Heather for making this such a smooth transition.

I can not say enough about the cna Connie griffes. She is great at her job and you can tell she actually cares about her patients. You don't have to worry about your loved ones not being taken care of under her care. I've had problems in the past with my grandma not being bathed or cleaned up properly but she is on top of things. it puts my mind at ease.

Although the center is in dire need of a face lift, like carpeting, the staff is very amazing and very knowledgeable. Connie Griffes and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make the residents comfortable and carry a family atmosphere. The food smells great!! They really need to give out samples.lol

I was very happy there. The girls on the 2nd floor were great. They treated me like family. I will be using again if I have too.

Connie Griffes is very friendly and helpful! I’ve visited the nursing home a few times for my grandma. She has been the friendliest go to person I’ve met! She answers all my questions and has such an amazing attitude!

I just can’t get over how wonderful the ENTIRE staff there is!!!! Therapy and nursing are brilliant and a true blessing! Thank you for all that you have done for my father. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, The Byland family

The staff is wonderful but I must say that one of the CNA's Connie Griffes stood out to me. Her dedication to the residents and willingness to help was remarkable.
