They charged me 300 dollars for labor work that didn't test me for nothing I wanted I wanted test done for them when went bk for results they tried charge me for another visit plus a follow up and order the labs I wanted done and wanted me to pay them again them got on the phone and discussing with other people about not trusting me while I was standing right in front of them the most unprofessional place and a rip off to scam people put there hard working money

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not take my call but texted instead. Then when I told her I would come up there to discuss my issue, all of a sudden I got a call. The lady was extremely rude and offered no help whatsoever and then HUNG UP ON ME! No compassion or empathy or help or anything. I will absolutely be contacting the BBB as well as the state board because that woman has no business being in healthcare. Absolutely do not recommend.

Doc is great! The staff was great! The Doc has a great ear and is focused on what you are saying. Offers great information. If you need to see the Doc quick and don't have an appointment, don't hesitate to stop in. Just a few people ahead of me and was in and out pretty quick.

I see a lot of people complaining that they can’t get meds or want more than a month of refills, etc. storms are no excuse to not get blood work done. Sounds like a lot of people on here are making excuses and being Karen’s. Been going here for 2 years and I’ve never had to be there for longer than 30 minutes and they always give me the medication I need. Not the medication I want. This place has been a god send for me. Don’t listen to all of these 1 star Karen’s on here.

My fiance was sick with body aches, chills, and headaches. Expressed her concerns of possibly having Covid and requested a test. She was told they aren't mandatoried to give everyone that walks in a test. Her request was denied. She also asked for blood work. The girl looked at her and laughed and asked why she needed it. She's not 40+, and her not feeling well would only show high white blood count. My fiance didn't even get to see a Dr during her whole visit. The girl lied and stated she had tonsillitis, which was found to be inaccurate. I called CDC to verify that she should have been given a test. And for us to reach out to the health department for Alabama. If you're sick and not feeling well, I would not recommend you going here. By what I was told, it looks like a place that should be dedicated to recovering addicts with how much the push Suboxine...

Getting seen without being established and having Medicaid has been a nightmare… until today. Doctor Laughlin was amazing, his staff on top of it quickly. My teen was impressed that Doc wore chucks and took his time to sit down and speak with us. This will be our go to place from now on! Thank you for providing Foley an office that cares.

The new Dr. is wonderful. Very kind and caring. Takes time to listen and knows his stuff. I really like the changes. Victoria is so sweet at the front desk and Tara is as kind as ever. Great office. Love the atmosphere.

I brought my Dad in, who is older and looking to retire to the Gulf coast somewhere..not sure where yet and finding the right doctor is one of the most important elements of his decision making process . Dr. Williams was so personable and friendly, he was actually the person that called us back and brought us into the room..that never happens! The experience was great and I can easily say that I've never had such a welcome at any healthcare facility anywhere...it felt like the way they describe doctors from the past! It left an impression enough that my Dad wants to stay in the area so that Dr.Williams can be his physician. You can't get a better review than that! The front desk assistant was also super friendly and efficient!
