Vincent is the real deal folks. He understands the body and how to give helpful cues for us to improve our form and performance quickly. I've struggled with lower back and sciatic pain for years and have worked with a handful of physical therapists and care providers. I'm thrilled with the progress we've made together over our eight sessions. Vincent tailored a plan specifically for my goals with my problem areas in mind. He was always well prepared, he quickly got to know my body and performance issues, and we made great process safely (and without significant flare ups of my problem areas). My squats, deadlifts, and other movements are looking more SOLID than ever, even after years of taking my workouts and form seriously. Vincent is very professional, and he genuinely enjoys the work. His passion for PT made our sessions quite fun (even when challenging). He's a great guy to connect with. Working with Vincent is absolutely worth the investment in your body and its performance. I highly recommend reaching out to him and seeing if PT is right for you!

I had an excellent experience with Vince as my physical therapist following a recent back injury. He did a great job listening to my concerns and incorporating my busy lifestyle and physical goals into the home program. I appreciated that he developed a personalized program each time I saw him that was data-driven and based on his one-on-one observations of my movements. The cues he gave me resulted in notable improvements in my body movement and I continue to use those cues in the gym and at home to prevent future injury. I’d highly recommend going to Vince for injury recovery and prevention.

If you’re living with an ache or pain do not hesitate to see Dr. Vincent! I had a chronic hip pain which limited my everyday movement and mobility at the gym. When it started to affect my sleep I knew I couldn’t ignore it any longer. Dr. V was able to pinpoint the problem area in my hip and identify very subtle imbalances in my movements in CrossFit which were causing the problem. I was able to correct the imbalances by following his cues. And his warm up routine for me is very doable! Oh, did I forget to mention? I’m pain free! Thank you, Dr. V!!!

I am deeply appreciative of the help and instruction I received from Dr. Castoro. He was the "right person at the right time" when I had been diagnosed with runner’s knee/I-T band syndrome — 4 months after starting CrossFit. I was a 65 year old worried that I was on a journey of chronic knee pain. Fortunately my knees were good, but I needed a thoughtful functional preservation approach to better fitness. Dr. Castoro gave me exactly that, coordinating my physical therapy progress with my CrossFit coach (in the gym where he has his office). This included sessions on proper barbell form — back squats, deadlifts, etc. I’m now pain-free with a regular set of exercises to keep me that way.

I went to Focused Physical Therapy to evaluate hip and groin pain. Vince was very knowledgeable and personable. He did a thorough oral and focused exam of my history, and current symptoms. He then came up with a treatment plan and we went through the exercises several times to make sure I was doing them properly. He really knows his joints and muscles! I wholeheartedly recommend him for any muscle or joint related issues you may encounter. A plus is that his office is inside a gym, so he can watch you work out and offer advice. I am a mountain biker, and he had several suggestions for tweaking my riding style in order to facilitate healing my hip. He also does not pressure you for a follow up appointment. Go see him and he will help you!

I saw Vincent for some lingering rotator cuff issues and a strain in my forearm which has prevented me from doing most pulling- from-the-floor lifts (snatch, clean, etc.). The assessment was very thorough and targeted for the issues I was experiencing. He was professional and respectful of my personal space. After the assessment, we went into the gym where he demonstrated a few different exercises, had me do them, and pointed out some improvements I could make that would address the strain I was feeling. I highly recommend Vincent, particularly if you have never had a need to see a physical therapist before. I have somehow managed to stay injury-free during most of my adult life, and he is the first PT I've ever seen. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about his craft, and most importantly (to me), he didn't advise me to stop working out. Because that was never going to happen ;)!

Vince is an expert in biomechanics and he a very good communicator. I received numerous pointers and usable cues for improving my back squats.
