Focus Physiotherapy

I've suffered from neck pain & headaches for decades. Today was my first visit & Stephen got my neck muscles so relaxed that I literally left with no headache & my range of motion in my neck was greatly improved. I will be back!!

They are an amazing place with very kind staff and doctors. I have herniated discs in my neck, and Jeff helped prevent me from needing surgery with the regular treatment I got. I don't review places very often and felt like they deserved it!

I was very pleased with the staff, and how professional they were. The appointment and therapy plan was clear and concise. Jeff the therapist is not only a good guy and enjoyable to speak with, his knowledge is top-notch.

Terrible service. Very disorganized outfit and didn't get any help from them at all with my back. What I did get was a constant harassment to schedule the next session which continued for months. When I asked repeatedly the first couple visits for them to check and ensure that this was covered on my insurance (which they supposedly did) this also apparently was not done. 6 months after going I received a massive bill from them/insurance that it was not paid. In short - if you need PT help, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere to more organized and capable people around town. If you want to blow $600 to do some core exercises you could pull up on the web, then swing by to Focus.

Our family has been treated by Jeff and his staff for several injuries and have always found relief. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating, and always transparent regarding the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Focus!

After persistent pain in my wrist and shoulder from a terrible fall, I visited Focus Physiotherapy and they worked with me in the most professional and helpful ways. They are organized and walked me through every step of rehabilitaion. I highly recommend them.

Very sweet and caring people at focus and they are all my friends especially Kaitlyn and everyone else.. And I love them all so much :)

Jeff and his staff are amazing, they are my go to whenever I find myself needing assistance. You'll be hard pressed to find a more helpful staff.
