I've been struggling with Military PTSD for many years, to the point I found myself unable to cope with daily responsibilities. I had seen numerous VA and Civilian therapists in the past. When I went to Jacqui for help, I desperately needed someone to pull me out of the black hole I had found myself in. One step at a time, we've been going through my traumas and all the experiences (some of which I hadn't realized) that brought me to the point I was at. Jacqui is helping me regain control of my life by coming to terms with my past, forgiving myself, and letting go of all the destructive thoughts in my head. Jacqui is helping me overcome my Military traumas, reconnect with myself, overcome my sense of helplessness, appreciate myself more and gain strength and confidence to walk away from the toxic situations.
