FMH Pain Treatment Center

Terrible communication. 6 months ago they told me they were getting a new doctor but to give them my MRI results and would call me to notify when they can schedule me for my new appointment. They never notified me and I found in out about the new doctor through a radio ad. Additionally they never answered my phone calls and because they would be closed before I end work I didn't have a chance to visit them. I finally got a chance to visit one day and they told me they threw away all my medical records including my MRI which I needed as I'm moving soon and the doctors at my next location are requesting it. Furthermore they never notified me that they were getting rid of my medical records and the receptionist doesn't even know how they get rid of it meaning it could have been "disposed" unsecured with potential of exposing my information. All they said to me afterwards was to go get a copy (takes about 14 days). No apology, nothing.

Absolute worst doctor I have seen in Fairbanks thus far(& that'ssayingsomethingespeciallynowdays how alot((not all) doctors can be). Dr. Jing(I think that was how you spelled his name) was super unprofessional, rude & quite honestly needs to do way more research about some of the medications he prescribes before prescribing them rather than after the fact🤦‍♀️Especially considering that said medication is not something to be played with & should be taken seriously.

Both Dr. Jiang and his staff are personable, caring and professional. A first experience with a steroid injection was made completely comfortable due to calm kindness and patient interaction that instills trust and puts one at ease.

I normally like to get to know a person for myself before expressing thoughts on character. My appointment with Dr. Jiang was very pleasant. He is a very busy guy, but he did make time to establish a rapport with me as a first time patient. Pain management can be daunting. However, experience and knowledge are always a welcoming thing. I appreciate the consideration he gave me as a physician specializing in this area, and I do believe that he provided the utmost professional care and treatment necessary for my healthcare needs. I am not getting anything out of writing this review, just wanted to put minds at ease in respect to some other comments I have seen about this physician. Hope this helps...

Today i was seen by Dr Jiang for the first time,I was very unhappy with my visit,I am a strong indepent woman who is against pain medication over all. However due to previous doctors recommendations I have taken pain medication ,He prescribed Tramadol for me, a medication that i have taken in the past and we did discuss and set up for Epidural Steroid Injection,However he told me in a very psychiatric way that its was due to my inability to control my pain that i was having my issues, after years of pain management i do know most of my limitations.And know for a fact i am a very strong woman who is very good at controlling my pain and have had other pain doctors compliment me on how well i manage my health issues.

Dr. & staff both pleasant & professional. Discussed all options thoroughly. Successful treatments.

I had a great experience with Dr. Jiang. Practical, knowledgable, and kind.

They know what they're doing. Good knowledge of modern practices and patient care.
