After a few visits, I knew Dr. Michael Williams would be a great primary physician. Haven't regretted that decision at all.

I was In so much pain from ripping my rib muscles suffering with it for 2 days. I’m not one to go to the Dr. for anything, but the pain was unbearable. I walked in and noticed immediately the office was neat organized very welcoming. The receptionist was professional and got me in right away after filling out a little paperwork. From the nurse asking all the questions to Dr. Michael Williams giving me one thorough exam (I was In PAIN) ordering an X-ray. Lauren was amazing. I am Feeling better. Thanks to this team of professionals. I highly Recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i've been here a total of 3 times so far, the staff has been great very easy to talk to. dr.williams and dr.cox are amazing they listen to you and actually care about what you have to say.And the price for the labs and visits are very fair they won't break your pocket.

My first visit after moving here went great-from the helpful and personable office staff to the efficient and friendly medical providers. Dr. Williams was the 1st doc I've had that knew how to eliminate my hot flashes. He's my hero.

Everyone is very nice and they listen.

Went in for a UTI. Waited an hour and a half for the test result to "come back". He said I had a bad bladder infection and sent my meds over to the pharmacy . My symptoms continued to worsen after the medication. On the 3rd day after the visit a nurse called and said that he prescribed me an antibiotic that was resistant to UTIs . If I told the doctor I have a UTI and he agrees and Inists I take this medicine to cure my "really bad bladder infection" then why would perscibe me something resistant to it. Long story short she sent in another medication but I felt like it was a little too late to give a good review.

False advertising on hours of operation. Be aware, they are closed from 1200-1300 hours. Being owned by Flowers medical, you are patched to phone location in Dothan, unable to speak to staff in Daleville. It seems, in order to save a dollar, our healthcare systems are getting worse!!

I prefer to utilize this medical facility over all others in our area. PrimeCare is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable, concerned doctors and staff. Plus the cost is soooooo much better than anything around here. If x-rays are needed, they do them there in house that day, and read them that day!! And at an affordable cost! Unlike ERs and other doctors offices which send you out for x-rays which you pay an arm and a leg for plus another arm and leg to someone outside there to read them days after your visit which makes no sense and causes one to ponder if the x-ray was needed at all. Yes, this is my caregiver!! I appreciate them!
