The Melbourne location is the best. The staff, Ashley and physical therapist were amazing. They were very sweet and treated me gently and with care after a very difficult time in my life. I can say that Ashley from the front of house made me feel comfortable from the get go. I no longer need physical therapy but I’m tempted to just go back all the time and say hi and I miss them!

First time here and the front desk lady with red hair was super rude and sarcastic. I recieve the day before a call to confirm appointment witch i confirm but never i was ask if i had paper work fill out. She said it would of have been nice if you already had fill out paperwork because it takes alot of time. How ever i never recieve and email with the paper work when the appointment was made. It took me an hour and 30 minutes to be seen officially. However i lover my doctor. She was simply the best. I look forward to my progress with this company. Therefore due to the receptionist and her passive aggressive attitude and wait time, I am giving this location a 4 star. As This is not how you treat new customers….. surely after her attitude did change and she became more friendlier.

I don’t have the best insurance, and I was hesitant about the providers available for chiropractic services. If you are in the same situation, don’t hesitate, give them a call, and talk with lovely Ashley. Super helpful and patient, I appreciate such care especially when I called in pain. Thank you.

Did my physical therapy at the Melbourne location. Great staff everyone very friendly and caring, special thanks to Dr Fowler and Julia for the hard work. Had a knee replacement in December and had me back to full duty by March. Highly recommend this place for PT.

I've been seeing Dr. Tanya for over a month and was in yesterday for lab results, I mentioned my visiting parents are sick. Dr. Tanya not only offered to see them if needed but had her staff call me this morning to see how they were doing and ask again if they needed to be seen. My mother did so they got her in this afternoon. I appreciate so much the care and kindness Dr. Tanya and her staff exhibit at all times. Thank you, Tami Hoisington

Dr. Fowler and her team at Sports Spinal Rehabilitation have excellent customer relations skills. Ease of appointments and flexibility to schedule appointments is outstanding. When i started with them I could barely walk. They have managed my pain as I continue to make progress. I highly recommend them if you need a great Physical Therapist!

I went to Florida Sports & Spinal Rehab yesterday for physical therapy. I was warmly welcomed by Ashley at the front desk as soon as I walked in. I was treated by Dr. Steve who was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here. The staff are truly amazing and you feel like you are part of a family. I look forward to my next appointment!

I was very disappointed with this office! The staff overall are great, but the plan of treatment given to me was a clear attempt to bill my insurance as much as possible between both this office and the Duek Spine institute. The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment with alternating massage appointments and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line! RUDE
