Welcoming and efficient service. Dr Bryan Wells, my chiropractor and his office knew exactly what was needed when I approached them to treat my injuries from an auto accident. Extremely organized, compassionate, caring and kind with treatment plans to help and accelerate my healing along with referrals to appropriate professionals. Took the worries out to help with my healing process.

Dr. Wells and the staff are great. They listen and explain what my be going on with you and will show you exercises that may help with your aches and pains. My Father had fell I called Dr. Wells and ask if he could come right in, they did not hesitate and was able to bring him in for Dr. Wells to check him, nothing was broke, walk-ins are welcome Thank You Dr. Wells and and his great staff.

Dr Wells is terrific as is his staff. Got my sciatica fixed quickly through the adjustments and therapies offered. Highly recommend him for your pain needs.

Outstanding physical therapist Dr Lisa Weiss has been a big help in dealing with my back and hip pain. Her carefully planned program zeroed in on my problem and provided an easy to follow exercise routine to keep me pain free.

Dishonesty-sneaky My husband and I went to Florida spine because we saw the reviews. We went and met with the Dr. While we were talking with the Dr. He diagnosed what was wrong with my husband's back, which we were grateful for. But what made us completely stop going. And NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Was the fact that during MULTIPLE VISITS. The Dr. Said we had to meet a $500 deductible. So each visit would be $50. UNTIL we reached the $500. Once we reached the $500 mark. Each visit would be $10. He said this to both my husband and I on several occasions. He even wrote it down on a paper that showed the payment plan. (I should've asked for a copy to have proof. But oh well. I wont ever set foot in that office again.) Months went by. We then realized we had already paid over $1,000 so far, with each visit being $50. When my husband questions the Dr. About when we would start to pay the $10. He then said, "He never said that. I dont know where you got that from but i never said that. And that we would have to come for the rest of our lives." After that my husband came home and asked me, "How much are my appointments supposed to be now?" I told him $10 because we wayyy passed the 500 deductible. He then told me what the Dr. Told him. It's not that we minded paying the $50. But the fact that he lied. And was sneaky about it. That's what upset us. If it was going to be $50 every visit fine. It is what it is. But to say that MANY TIMES and still try to gaslight us. Is not right.

Personal care from the minute you walk through the door. Dr. Wells and his team are there to help your body heal. I always look forward to my appointment.

The service provided was excellent. The doctor demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and the staff members were also very accommodating and helpful.

All the staff at Florida Spine practice the lost art of customer service. I was always greeted with a smile. You’re not just a number here. Better yet their red light therapy actually works. I lost four inches in six weeks! I highly recommend them.
