The staff genuinely cares about the well-being of every resident. You will not find a more caring administrator and director of nursing, they are great leaders and set excellent examples over every department head.

Wonderful place and the staff bust but even when short staffed to do the best they can. The nurse on TCU Nikki really good another and beyond to care for her clients, want to tell her thank you for giving past of yourself everyday. It shows who you are inside.

This facility has a wonderful rehab department. They are all friendly and very helpful. Nurses are kind and professional. The doctor is also wonderful, you can tell he truly cares for his patients.

My room 507, was always clean and neat. The food was good. Physical Therapy and OT were very professional and gave wonderful care. The staff did a great job especially Sandra on hall 5.

My mom was there a year and 2 months. She loved all the nurses. Was very pleased till mom died. Someone stole her picture frame. I was there for rehab in October. The food needs to be upgraded. They absolutely need more help. I was very pleased with rehab. Loved everyone. They did what it took to make me comfortable. Thanks Heather.

if i could give a negative 10 i would. the most unprofessional rehab i have ever seen. my mom was discharged with one day of medications and the social worker promised that i would be contacted the next day by an agency to provide services in the home and bring her medications. it has been 6 days since she had any medications and the executive director, and the social worker have not returned my calls requesting the status of her medications. Matt from the home health agency finally called today, but there was no mention of medications nor when he would be completing a home visit. the most unprofessional administrative and executive staff i have ever dealt with.

Patients that are in rehab are not given the best care. Staff needs better training on handling and identifying health issues. I had to request my mom be taken to ER. She was dehydrated and kidney was not functioning properly. Her doctor stated God turned her situation around for the better. She was given medicine and moved to a floor to treat an illness that hadn’t been diagnosed through testing. Now we are dealing with her personal items missing. Someone needs to investigate this facility and how it is being run. I have talked to others who had love ones admitted and was not unhappy with how their love one was treated. On one of her good days, my mom told a worker that she was being mean to her. There are good people at this place, but not enough to make me give them more than a 2.

Before anyone says anything yes I do work here. But I will say when me cousin was admitted with a trac, barely being able to lift her arms They took very good care of her. Made sure she was clean and comfortable while physical therapy worked to get her stronger. Eventually the tractube was removed because she could swallow without it. Within like a month or so she went back home!😊 So even though the reviews may not sound good. Check this facility out for yourself.
