The entire staff is awesome! They truly care about helping you through the process and helping you improve physically. All 3 physical therapists that I saw there took the time to answer questions and explain how the muscles and tendons in my injured areas worked. The physical therapy made a huge difference and my therapists care made me want to do my stretches. I was a wreck after the car accident couldnt do anything. Its helping me so much if I could Id come for 6 months Thank You so much

During the early months of the pandemic I was in a car accident. There was already a lot I was dealing with as a single mother that the accident didnt help any. I had to do my physical therapy at FlexWorx. FlexWorx was not only physical therapy but so much more for me at that time. It was a hard time for everyone due to the pandemic that it felt amazing having such good customer service but also having that personal connection. The entire staff was amazing. Each day I was greeted and treated by people I felt I had known forever. They were that kind. It became a home away from home. The care that I received was beyond incredible. I do not say that lightly. Zackery Pylant was over my care along with Andrew and Nick. These guys were amazing and made me feel like they really cared about my recovery by being so supportive. Zackery showed this one day as he was explaining to me what was going on with my back and how the exercises would help. He even got on the floor to demonstrate how to do them correctly. He broke everything down for me. He answered any questions that I had.He emailed me everything he explained while I was there so I could have the knowledge myself as well as all the tools and resources. Extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He really knew what he was doing and you could tell he genuinely loved what he was doing too. This was everytime. That was a good feeling because I was very nervous and scared about my back healing. I was in a lot of pain and we were doing everything we could to help fix it. They did everything from laughing, asking how I was, sharing personal stories just to keep my mind on positive things and help the recovery. This was not just for me It was for every customer. They made that personal connection with all of us. These guys were incredibly caring, warm, inviting, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. They were very friendly and funny. You could tell it was more than just the job. They were genuinely good people. I even stopped by after my therapy was over just to chat with everyone and see how they were doing.

THEY DO NOT OPEN ON TIME LIKE 8AM ! BUT THEY LET PEOPLE IN AND WAIT UNTIL 815 AM TO START THERAPY, BUT WHEN IT STARTS AT 8AM ,THEY NEED TO DO BETTER MY DRIVER HAS TO WORK ALSO!!THE WORLD DOESN'T STOP FOR FLEXWORKX !!

Excellent care provided in a warm, supportive environment. They truly care about their patients!

I treated with Dr Jordan in 2017. So glad to see new locations closer to home.
