Flex Therapy

I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my deepest gratitude, love and appreciation for this impressive team. They’ve only been working with my special needs twins for a couple of months and already we’ve seen significant improvements beyond our initial hopes. Besides their incredible level of professionalism, educational application, and ability to adjust as needed, their genuine empathetic understanding and compassion continues to blow my mind- moving me to tears at time. They take SUCH care in meeting my boys where they are on that day- in that moment and don’t try to force an agenda. I feel the authentic care they have for my boys and myself- often not just checking in on them, but how mommy is doing. Their connection has become so strong and such an integral part of the boys lives… I can’t say anything less than glowing positivity about these spectacular women. I will forever be grateful for them and their willingness- what they’ve given our family.

Flex Therapy has been wonderful. My first experience with Autumn was at the hospital after I was admitted for severe vertigo. Met with multiple PT providers there and was walked through their standard protocol. But not with Autumn! She took so much time in understanding my body as a system rather than just addressing a symptom. My physical limitations are multifaceted and include back degeneration and surgery, Fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and vertigo. I felt seen and heard, and valued. I was determined to seek her out outside of the hospital and found her online. She came to the house, gave me a comprehensive evaluation and developed a plan to address my limitations as a whole. I’ve had years of PT at a variety of companies who all ran me through the standard basic protocols without tailoring their treatment to address all of my needs. Autumn is remarkably educated about how the body functions as a whole and in identifying how different aspects of physical functioning can affect more than just physical injuries and degeneration. She tailors her treatment based on how the various systems in my body work in harmony and how limitations can manifest when things are out of sync. Autumn has truly been the first medical provider that has passionately committed to restoring my mobility, easing my chronic pain and vertigo. She applies a holistic approach I’ve never experienced before, and I am so thankful. I’m beyond highly recommending her.

Excellent providers. I spent 9 years in speech therapy as a child and I have extremely high expectations for SLPs who work with my son. Flex consistently blew me away. Kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable staff. We moved recently and desperately miss working with Stephanie! By far the best SLPs in the valley. The office is smaller and quiet, wonderful for kiddos with sensory sensitivities. Saw massive improvements with my son within just a few weeks working with Flex.

Flex Therapy is amazing. Two of our children have been seeing Stephanie for about two years now. They both have made such wonderful progress. Stephanie incorporates a lot of play which keeps the kids engaged and learning. I would recommend Flex Therapy!

Flex Therapy helped my son enormously in regards to his speech development and self confidence. The learning environment is fun and interactive. The therapists communicated well with us (parents) and provided us with tips, worksheets, and teaching techniques so learning can continue between appointments. I highly recommend Flex Therapy!

The young lady at the front desk Amanda she is so pleasant and helpful. I have never seen her not smile she is great even on the phone she’s always so cheerful. Great place to go.
