I went for physical therapy to Flex -Stability after an ankle surgery. From the time Kathy Wasowski called back, to fix the appointments, I knew I was dealing with a very professional therapist. From the day one Kathy gave me confidence to start walking without the boot cast. Kathy knew exactly which muscle controls the pain points. Unlike some other places I have been , Kathy does not waste time and is hands on ,the job. I made a speedy recovery with her assistance. After 8 visits I was back to my normal life. Thank you Kathy !

Kathy at Flex-Stability has been a crucial part of my health and wellbeing now for a number of years. I cannot highlight enough, the positive input and ongoing care that goes into the support and programs designed for each of her clients. She is a kind, empathic and realistic provider who understands injury and illness, but most importantly, understands the impact of chronic injury and illness. Specialising in a number of areas that make her unique to women, people with chronic physical conditions, hypermobility and autonomic issues, Kathy has made it possible for me and many others to positively mend, build and continue to advance safely where many other high impact physical activities are contraindicated. Like all physical therapy, exercise regimes are necessary and Kathy is very good at providing balanced programs that fit with all abilities, assisting people to get to a better level of health over time within their physical means. I would not have the strength of mind or body today, if it it wasn't for Kathy's encouragement and input. I look forward to continuing.
