From the front desk to every single member of their team, simply amazing. I say team because it truly is amazing how they compliment each other in the process. I didn’t have one particular therapist because all of them were VESTED in my story and getting me back to doing the things I love. Empathetic, meticulous and driven to improve my well being. Scheduling with the front desk was almost too simple. The environment is always clean and fits me like a glove. My only complaint is that they were effective enough to get me back to where I don’t need to go anymore. Michelle and Emily, I can’t thank you enough for the challenge and encouragement.

First of all we have been to many PT, clinics and have never had the care like we have had at Flex. Michelle,Emily and Mike have literally improved my husband and myself problems we have been fighting for years. Flex has a balance program, that has done wonders for both of us in just 6 weeks.They have several programs, another is Stem Flex program that helped the pain in my husbands shoulder, the staff is wonderful, kind,always supportive and pleasant.

I have needed PT for a hip, 2 knees, shoulder and wrist! I have hard Flex every time because they have helped me regain function and mobility each time. I always recommend Flex!

This is my go to for all my physical therapy needs. Had knee repair 7 years ago and again on the other knee recently. The staff here is friendly and understanding of my needs. Mike is a true professional and his experience is unmatched. Definitely recommend flex physical therapy.

FLEX Physical Therapy in Council Bluffs is a 5 star rehabilitation facility! I recently had a total knee replacement and Mike, Michelle and Anna (and the office staff) helped me exceed my orthopedic surgeons timeline for the recovery so I could return to work early. They're very professional, educated and kind Therapy Professionals! They had me three times a week in person for six weeks and then once a week for three weeks to check on my progress and answer any questions on issues if any arose. They provided a home exercise program that was/is easy to follow and provided excellent results (if followed as instructed). Again, my surgeon was amazed at how quickly I regained movement, overall motion and strength. I can truly say they had my best interests for my well being during my recovery time with them and I highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy assistance.

10/10 would (and have) recommend to anyone looking for a professional and very approachable team. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. The facility, the staff, and the equipment are all awesome. My favorite thing about going here is how welcoming and genuinely friendly everyone is. They are also experts in their craft. I was in the middle of a PT regiment when I sustained a different injury in a bike accident. They were amazing and helped switch to my new needs while not forgetting about my original issue. I went to this location for almost a year.

Excellent facility and amazing staff. For context I was doing physical therapy here for about a year (4months pre surgery and 6 months of post op). I have to say that it was really bitter-sweet as everyone there was incredibly friendly, to the point where I genuinely looked forward to going every week and I have to add that they do a fantastic job connecting to their patients as well as provididng top notch care! Mike and his team definitely know what they're doing and I cannot recommend Flex Physical Therapy enough! Thank yall for the genuinely exceptional work that yall do.

Flex is an outstanding facility! I had some pretty bad sciatica and my doctor referred me to get physical therapy. I chose Flex and I am glad I did. Mike has a great facility and a very professional team. Mike provided the initial analysis and I then worked with Michelle for the next 4 weeks. I walked in having to use a cane to help me get around to walking out and feeling great after those 4 weeks. Very highly recommended.
