I really appreciated Matt working with me. He was the one who recommended me to get a MRI where it showed that my meniscus was shredded. Matt went the extra mile to find me a great physician who did the operation on my knee. He was always encouraging to me as we did my therapy sessions and just a big help. I would highly recommend him to people who need physical therapy. Thank you for all you did to help me get better, Matt.👍

Matt Fletch is an awesome PT. My husband and I started PT to help us get back into karate after a ten year hiatus. Matt listened to our concerns and assessed our current condition, focusing on our individual areas of weakness, and put together a realistic and manageable stretching and exercise routine for us. He was careful to tailor our exercises to strengthen muscle groups that are often used in marital arts so that we can avoid injury as we return to training. And he was so encouraging, that even though we may have a long way to go, Matt helped us realize that our goals are attainable! Thanks to Matt's encouragement, we even made the stretches a part of our night time routine with our children. Talk about quality time with your kids.

Matt was a fantastic physical therapist. He took the time to find the root cause of my issues and created a plan from there. Within a few visits my strength was improving and my pain had been drastically reduced. After 4 visits I was pain free!!! Throughout the whole process Matt was kind and supportive. Best PT doctor ever! I am now back in martial arts training again!!! Thank you Matt.

Matt’s in-home consultation and therapy session were very helpful for my daughter who is a figure skater. I saved time by not having to travel, and his recommendations for my daughter’s hamstring strain recovery were effective. He offered her a wide range of services from which we could choose, and considered other therapies we were doing already to complement his therapy recommendations. He did not ask for 3x/week sessions, either. I think any young athlete, especially setious competitors, would benefit from Matt’s complimentary assessment to prevent injuries in sports while they are still developing. Matt does not accept insurance plans, but the rates are very reasonable, and we used our HSA for services since we have a high deductible plan anyway.

Dr. Matt was excellent! He took the time to listen to me and personalized my treatment plan. Every visit, Matt took the time to assess what my needs were. The first visit wasn't just an assessment, but he provided treatment right away. Out-of-pocket prices were communicated upfront. Great communication, easy to use portal, personalized care, and great bedside manner. He really Accelerate my recovery!

My quiet 13 year old son had a great experience in his sessions with Physical Therapist Matt Fletcher. Matt was very personable and built a great rapport with my son and me, working to keep the sessions interesting and engaging, yet with little distraction as we were seen at the end of the day when there were few if any patients. Matt often had good music playing in the background and demonstrated each exercise or stretch in a natural way. He carefully helped position my son when he needed it, provided very helpful feedback, and even videoed him doing the exercise/stretch while explaining it and giving the number of reps and sets to send to us,so my son could easily replicate them at home for his “homework”. My only wish was a tracking sheet or e- form being provided for my son to record when he did these on his own, for his own accountability. Of course I could provide that too with some extra effort or thought and it only occurred this would be even more helpful towards the end 😉. I saw my son get stronger and have less knee discomfort as he went through the process. We plan to continue the home regimen for greater results. We heartily recommend Matt to any families or individuals wanting physical therapy and hope he will run a summer “camp” with circuit type activities for interested kids or teens.

Before becoming a client at Fletch PT, I was going to a different physical therapist and although they were nice, my treatment was being rushed and I ended up being in more pain than what I came in with. I was pushed to do exercises my body was not ready to endure. I was in a T Bone car accident and hit between 35-40 MPH on my driver side. Luckily I walked away with no broken bones. Internally though I was in tons of pain. When I transferred to Matt he was kind, understanding, and very professional. He went straight to the root of my pain and worked with me one on one over several months to get me where I am today with no more pain. I suffered from serious elbow numbness that would run down my arm and not allow me to carry anything on my dominant arm. I’m a server and nanny so this was extremely hard when it came to work. I was convinced the pain, numbness, and tingling would never go away. After a few weeks of working with my Matt he was willing to try various exercise and treatments such as dry needling, cupping, massaging, and stretching exercises that completely cured my pain. I was in shock and I’m now able to complete my tasks without having to worry about going numb. We then spent several months on what felt like never ending sharp, aching, contracted pain in my back. With dry needling, stretching, working out, cupping I finally reached a point I can touch my toes again and lift. We started with mobility exercises to strengthen my back for a few months then slowly each week we would add on weight or a step up of those exercises until I could finally gain the muscle to relieve my back. I can’t express enough on the stretches we practiced, it was night and day for me. I had pain in my neck as well that was also relieved. Each week Matt would ask me how I felt on a scaled and ask what I would like to work on. He would also ask how my week was and would remember our previous conversations and ask about my dog or family. It was such a pleasure to work with Matt. He genuinely cares to make sure you will be well taken care of and at your pace. He doesn’t rush treatment and is a great listener. He’s a true professional at what he does, you might even say he’s a magician! Thank you Matt for curing me of trauma and pain I thought I would have to live with the rest of my life. I 10/10 recommend him over any PT! He knows every client by name too!

I went to Matthew to address my on going wrist pain, so that I could get back into the gym and start lifting. We ended up addressing several issues of recurring pain I had been having. I am now back to doing the things I love and no longer feel any pain. Matthew himself was a delight to work with and incredibly helpful. He brings a great level of energy and is clearly passionate about what he does. We ended up treating my areas of pain in less time then expected as well. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who needs PT.
