Not impressed! The staff was nice. But the NP was just worried about payment. Was worried that I didn't have enough on the PIP from the accident. After seeing my ankle still swollen wanted to send me to an ortho an hour away like i can drive that far. I came there to see what could be done about my ankle and see about scripts being transferred from an other state as I just got here and see about female care. They said I would have to come back another day as they can't see me and seperate billing from PIP and other insurance. Also referred me back to the same ortho office I didn't care for.

I normally go to the Sharpsburg location, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or return a call after three days of trying. So, I called the Flemingsburg location to see if I could be seen via telehealth, because I couldn’t drive at the moment. They refused to do a telehealth appointment. So I called another doctor, who talked to me via telehealth, and phoned in a prescription. See how easy it is when you actually listen to your patients?

I like it, and I don't like anything. Maybe you should like it too! Then we can be like buddies. For real though, it's a really good place where you get the facts, receive care, and you're on with your day. Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of folks.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They accept new patients so long as they are human; this is not a veterinary clinic. I would not take a dog here either.

Lady was rude when I asked if they were accepting new patients. Closed the window right in front of my face. Would not take a dog there
