Dr. Gorman is a rarity. Not only is she an excellent surgeon, she is a very personable, compassionate, and a good listener. I've always said I don't care about a doctor's bedside manner, I want the best surgeon. In Dr. Gorman's case, you get both! She did a left total ankle replacement for me. It's been one of the easiest recoveries I've had out of the many orthopedic surgeries done.

My overall experience was great. The staff members were friendly and highly professional in discharging their duties. Excellent service delivery. However, my kids are always bored whenever we visit. I recommend they create a space with toys for kids to play.

Everyone I encountered on this day gets an A++ rating from me. This practice is a well oiled machine with a human touch, efficient, on time, knowledgeable, and most of all, kind and friendly. I’ll continue to choose Dr. Gorman for her skill and bedside manner to include staff when needed in the future.

Great office. Absolutely no waiting, friendly professional staff, I saw Dr Flint and his PA and admin and they were all wonderful. Very compassionate asked lots of questions and I felt spent sufficient amount of time. Highly recommend

He has always been the most compassionate, competent and caring Ortho doc for us, and see that his specialty is something as vital as our hands, this means the world to me! Dr Swain (a Star Wars fan) is one of the coolest doctors I've ever met. Down to earth with an awesome sense of humor. Even the crew he had waiting for me in the procedure room were nice, personable and made you want to have a bbq with. I wish he and his team were in Kingman rather than Flagstaff where I could visit them more often. P.s. This is what my office looks like Dr Swain.

FBJ is very detailed when you schedule with them. They review x-rays, give you your options, and help you decide which is the best option for you. The doctors are very caring and give you time to decide. They meet with you prior to and after your surgery is performed. If you choose Flagstaff Bone and Joint as your surgical provider, you are in excellent hands!
