I recommend this place the bone and joint to anybody it will treat you with respect kindness their nurses are awesome. Their doctors are so kind and generous. The way people should be. It doesn’t seem even possible that this place exists but thank you for all your services and for the physical therapy that I’m starting, thank you Sweeney

Dr. Gorman performed surgery on my right foot and at 6 weeks, everything is great!!! Awesome surgeon and awesome staff!!! Thank you!!!!

So personable. I had to be worked on because my provider called in sick and I was already on the way. He didn't rush through my appointment at all even though I know he was working me in.

I have had knee pain for the past 2 years since a work-related injury from hiking. When I had my MRI results read by my Physical Therapist here they only told me half of the diagnoses (that I had a discoid meniscus) and he didn’t show me my results. Today, 2 years after the fact, my new family doctor gave me my MRI results and read them with me and found that I might have a meniscul tear. The result reads “a Linear intermediate Signal on the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus…” I think this is a pretty big oversight, especially since the PT told me “keep working like normal and if you feel more pain we can consider surgery”.

I am NEVER coming back here. Dr. Meier is so rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I waited a month for an appointment to see an actual doctor. I have problems in neck and lumbar spine. I was told at the appointment I could only discuss one issue and would need to make a separate appointment to discuss the other. They first said it was insurance issue. Then the dr. said it’s bcuz they aren’t related or connected. I’m sorry? They are literally connected! He spent about 5 minutes with me to tell me he doesn’t know why I all of a sudden have more pain and lack of motion than my 80 year old parents. He said it’s because I’m 35 and getting older. No attempt to try to figure out why! I did see a PA Jennifer who was lovely and helpful before him. But I still recommend staying far from this place since the actual doctors clearly don’t care and are just churning you through for the insurance money. This is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot.

Hi my name is Miranda Benton.. I'm from Holbrook, AZ. I had my left knee replacement done for the second time.. it was a great experiment get my left knee done again.. my recovery was fast and took physical therapy. At least for 2-3 Month and the physical therapy said it was a fast recovery. Doctor Mossie did a great job.and my recent visit to Dr Mosses office. He said it was good and walking perfectly. Did X-ray and the X-ray was good too. Doctor mossie did a awesome job. Thank you.

I have never seen so much in competence from a team prior to surgery. Had to jump through so many hoops. Just to get the surgery. Then they let you know your time if surgery the day before surgery. And expect you to show up on time with short notice. Had all my labs sent in. Yet they do not have the paper work told them 2 weeks ago I had the paper work for my labs and a1c.. get a call today of them trying to cancel cause they do not have my a1c results told them again what it was and I have the paper work. Get told to bring down my paperwork with I told them I was going to Had to get clearance from every Dr I see. When I asked them I needed to. Oh no your fine do not to. Then get the run around saying I need to. Nobody knows what they are doing. Hope the surgeons are better then their assistants and Co workers working for them .

Very questionable billing practices, we were overcharged upon entry an estimated $850.00, which FB&J Surgery Center admitted to. Then explained that they only send out refunds once a month, which of course exceeds any credit card billing cycle. If they had waited two weeks for insurance to get the claim (Traditional Billing practices), and not required payment upon entry to surgery we would not have this issue. Update: We over paid on 10/4/24, it is now 11/15/24 & still no communication (other that the form request from previous post) or returning of funds.
