Never have I been to a medical facility that performs at this level. From the front check in to discharge. Everyone is absolutely amazing. The whole staff is kind. Also let me say they never and I mean never run late! I saw Dr. Meier. He greeted me as I was walking through OR. He’s kind. He is thorough. I was at ease with him. I can’t say how wonderful a experience this was under the circumstances

Once again, Dr. Marshall Meier and Flagstaff Bone & Joint Surgical Center did a phenomenal job administering the Intracept Surgical Procedure. I have every confidence as healing occurs, it will be very effective. He and staff took every stance to ensure I was comfortable and all questions if I had any were answered. He's my go-to doctor for my back. Thank you Dr. Meier and staff for your professionalism, efficiency and most of all your care for your patients.

I had a spinal procedure in Flagstaff today. Dr. Meier clearly explained the procedure to me, and he and the surgery staff were friendly, professional and sympathetic with my nervousness. Likewise the nurses clearly explained every step pre- and post surgery. Impressive group.

Unfortunately I am there a lot, but no day at the beach being in pain so often the staff is fabulous! And I come back often because Marshall Meir makes my life far better…he is compassionate and kind, which is quite cool in this world, I am old! Surgicenter runs so well because it’s the same staff since it opened! Bravo, always impressed!

I love Dr Meier and his staff. Everyone there’s good to the patients. Doc always comes in with a friendly smile. Thanks for the kindness and support with helping to find me pain relief. Y’all are appreciated.

We were recommended by a previous patient who had a positive experience with your group. Low back pain was our issue. Staff was the best with positive attitudes towards me. Hopefully treatment will help. No ratting for that yet.
