After undergoing two invasive foot surgeries and spending eight weeks non-weight-bearing and essentially bedridden, I began working with Greg. Following my latest surgery, my balance and core strength were severely impacted. This was worsened by my extremely swollen foot, which made it incredibly painful to put on shoes. I can't emphasize Greg's skill enough. His deep understanding of the body's functionality is remarkable, as are his suggested healing protocols. Additionally, he uses a computer program that shows the foot layer by layer, right down to the bone. This is both fascinating and helpful. And after all that he's a really nice guy, too.

Greg is the best PT I have ever worked with, he is a very smart person and has consistently taught me relevant information about my injury so I am empowered to make optimal decisions about my recovery. He has treated me with respect and dignity, and I always leave his office feeling encouraged to persevere through my challenges. Marzena is truly genuine and a great part of their practice.

I would love to get a review for Greg Spooner, because he was so instrumental and helping me recover quickly and efficiently after my knee replacement. He was always so well informed prepared and knowledgeable in ways to get me back rowing and all the other sports I love as quickly as possible. I have, and I will continue to refer people to Greg!

Greg is truly a healer. His knowledge, expertise, and problem-solving skills made him the right professional to help me eliminate the pain and swelling caused by an Achille's tendon injury. He approached the problem as a flexible thinker and worked with me to find the right exercises and other interventions/aids. He provided me with videos (exercises and taping) so I had access to info I might need if my memory failed me or I was feeling unsure. Greg's personal qualities amplified his professional behavior. He is positive, supportive, funny, encouraging, patient, and kind. Highly recommend him.

Greg guided me through the recovery for a total knee replacement. He first came to our home shortly after surgery for 2 sessions and then I graduated to his studio, Greg is very professional, fun to work with and I can totally recommend him. He listens carefully and builds on that information. The best I have ever encountered.

I highly recommend Dr. Greg Spooner as he has helped me beyond my expectations in the recovery from a multiple fracture of my right knee patella in 2021, in preparation for hip replacement surgery which occurred three weeks ago and, currently, in recovery from that surgery. He is a pleasure to work with and has allowed me to develop an optimistic outlook on my full recovery. Greg has also selected a wonderful personal trainer who has and will begin again shortly to integrate his recommendations into my personal training plan. He, simply stated, is the BEST!

Greg is the BEST of the best. He uses a holistic approach to really solve the problem. I first started seeing Greg back in 2018 for a back issue. Greg was meticulous in his care for me and was able to discover tiny small movements I was doing while running that were causing pain for me in totally unrelated areas. Due to his hard work and attention to detail, I was able to go on and complete my first Ironman PAIN FREE! In June 2019 I was in a serious cycling accident. We're talking multiple broken bones, days in the hospital, etc. My insurance at the time sent me to another PT. I would at best get 5 minutes with the actual therapist and everything I was told was just "in general" advice. Not only was I not recovering, but I was developing new knee pain and all other kinds of issues! As soon as I could I switched back to Greg. It's been the best decision I have ever made. Greg has worked so hard on my case. He didn't just fix one issue, rather he continues to evaluate where I am at and what really needs attention. This has helped me not only recover, but start to thrive again in my training! He cares about you as a person, your goals, your future races, even your cats! For me personally, it's especially important that Greg is also an athlete. He understands not only the physical challenges that come with injures, but the mental ones. He's helped me think about my training differently, how I schedule my workouts and how to take things one step at a time. If you are looking for a physical therapist that cares about you, that is committed to your recovery and that will continue to research and learn about your specific issue - then look no further! Greg is the best of the best!

This review is long because choosing a physical therapist is an important decision. I just can’t thank Greg Spooner enough for helping me to recover from a full knee replacement. After a couple weeks of home therapy my sessions moved to his studio where we could access a full array of equipment. I’m a bit of a geek and appreciated Greg’s detailed explanation of the purpose for every movement, stretch and exercise — and how they contribute to recovery. He challenged me at every visit but also pulled out his special skills when I needed TLC — working with the wound, massaging my knee, aligning my lower leg, and even cupping to relieve periodic swelling. Dr. Spooner treated me with absolute respect and ever-present good humor. I’m so impressed and satisfied that I’m going ahead with the second knee replacement and already booked more time at Fiziologix.
