They are very friendly and have a lot of really nice equipment, including a swimming pool with a treadmill. The staff is comprised of some very wonderful, sweet, dedicated people. They aren't as particular about keeping form sitting exercises as maybe they should be, but they run a very good, honest business that helps a lot of people in the area.
