Fitness1 - Open 24/7

My friend lives in wellington and took me to this gym last week. For a smaller town, it was a great setup. Loved the dance studio, and there were some really nice people there. Punching bags are a bit hard for my liking, but other then that I enjoyed myself. Will be returning next time I'm out the way.

Matt (the owner) has always treated my family and I like his own. The last few years I’ve been out of wellington in different states, and every time I’ve been able to come home, Matt always is willing to let me use the gym along with my parents. Very nice equipment, skin care studio, and a dance room (even though I haven’t used the latter two). All around a great gym!

Been going for quite some time, pretty sure around 5 years or so. I can confidently say this is the best gym in Wellington. The equipment and workout areas are always clean and neat. The owner and community are all super friendly and welcoming to anyone. My personal trainer Allison is simply the best for encouragement and regiment. She has helped me and continues to do so in achieving my fitness goals. Overall I think the membership is a fair price as well as all the accommodations and features such, as message therapy, you can get here.

Fitness1 is by far my favorite 24hr gym in NOCO. The cleanliness is outstanding; every corner seems spotless. The range of equipment here caters to all my workout needs, making each session dynamic and effective. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly—always ready to assist with a smile.

Exceptionally clean facility. Staff are friendly and professional. I love the feel of our small town gym however I benefit from all the free weights, cardio equipment, and weight machines. We have been members for over 20 years. There are other gyms in the area but we prefer to stay at the facility.

Unquestionably the best gym in Wellington! Provides all of the up-to-date equipment and amenities of a large corporate gym but with a personal small business touch. The owner Matt along with the trainers and staff work hard to keep the gym equipment clean and maintained in good operating condition.

Best gym in the area! The workers are great & very friendly. They have a wide variety of machines, & free weights. I would recommend Fitness1 to anyone!

This is my gym for sure. Clean, always open (24/7 fob) friendly staff. All the equipment you need and then some. You control the TV's so you can watch your sports. My wife uses classes as well that are I cuded in membership. Highly recommend
