Fitness 19

Great staff. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My trainer is knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. The gym is well equipped and in good condition. The members are good about wiping down the equipment, keeping the gym clean. There is a great variety of classes and class times, which is nice. It has everything you need to get into shape and maintain one’s health. Excellent gym!

After my usual workout, I decided to ask about the amenities the gym offers for recovery. The friendly and very helpful staff showed me everything offered, and to my surprise, they had compression boots. I decided to try them out, and they feel amazing after leg workouts. Not only that, but they're good for people dealing with neuropathy or other muscular pains in their legs or feet. They put you in a Zero Gravity chair and let the boots do their thing for 15 minutes. Now I can't tell what I like more.... the Hydro Massage or the boots. I'm glad I asked. I suggest people give them a try and see for themselves!

I came in to ask for the manager! just did he just leave I asked. She asked me what is it regarding. I asked her again. Did he just leave? She looked at my name in system and told me it was because my bill. Is he coming back? I asked. She said no very rudely. Justin is manager never here and chacca good person. The people here on Sunday when it took place. Need help here broken things and can’t keep a cleaning crew. Nobody takes initiative.

I'm with Mitch's review re: cleanliness of the locker room. Women's locker room is too chilly, soap dispensers are frequently out. The shower drain(s) frequently have hair left behind, who raised these girls??!!! Wild dogs? LoL, COME ON LADIES! Pick up after yourselves! Don't expect Staff to have to pick up after you! The music 🎶 🎵 is much better since the owner stepped in & changed having Staff fool with it. They don't have to be DJ's anymore! Need more women staff, but all & all pretty good staff manning the front area, kudos to their customer service 👏 👍

I haven't been to the gym in a long time. I picked Fitness 19 due to its location. So far it's been a real blast. Much better experience than I had at 24 hr Fitness or In-Shape. The staff is friendly and ultra helpful. The trainers are encouragers and take everything step by step. Very clean (in the gym side), locker rooms could use a little refreshing (but what gym has nice locker rooms?). If American Canyon is a convenient location, you won't find a better one...

Fitness19 received an anti gravity chair. I was not sure about the chair because it would recline, elevating my legs above my heart. Manager Justyn helped me put on the leg wraps and made sure I was comfortable while he explained how the chair operated. He described how the chair works by easing tension and soreness in the muscles. And allows better circulation when the legs are elevated above the heart, blood flows more efficiently. Additionally, the chair offered facial red light therapy. In my opinion, two services provided in one 15 minute sitting is a win.

Word’s cannot explain the love 💕 I received here at fitness 19 it is Heaven sent. So I had been away for 2 months, so literally like a week ago I get a call from my adopted young nephew Carlos who works at fitness 19 as a customer service rep and he said hey unc how are you we missed you, so I’m like nephew I’m well I’m gonna come and visit. So today a week later I walk into the fitness Center and receive the greatest welcome back reception ever it totally blew me away and I truly realized that this is my family, more than just a fitness center.

Today my gym, fitness 19 in American Canyon, rolled out with a new recovery item. They already had 2 hydro massage beds and now they added a Normate leg recovery!!!! These things are perfect. They also added these gravity chair to help back relief and they added a UV red light for anti-aging which you can use at the same time. Fitness 19 is the gym you need to be going to 🙏🙏 they have great training staff and management that all cater to their members needs
