FIT Physical Therapy is so Amazing! They recognized my needs and addressed them with the most professional care. I didn’t think I would ever be able to use my hand again. I am now back to work and able to do my job with ease. If I ever need PT again FIT will be my only request. The entire team, at Fit Physical Therapy is amazing. I have had nearly every member of my family (I have six very athletic kids who compete in nearly every sport, so invariably there are injuries). Matt Molter in particular has always been amazing about getting them in right away, working around our crazy school/life/sports schedules, and he has always very quickly correctly identified the issues (sometimes even when other doctors had failed to do so) and come up with effective plans to address and correct them and get the kids back into their sports as soon as possible. It is clear to me that for the Fit team it's more than just a job, but something they are passionate about doing to help. They care about their patients, and it shows. I highly recommend Fit Physical Therapy.

There is a big difference in Physical Therapy providers, and FIT is the best I have encountered. From the comprehensive examination to the detailed explanation of diagnoses and treatment plans, Mark and his team stand head and shoulder above therapists I have seen in California as well as several other states.

HIGHLY recommended NOT using this company. VERY DISHONEST when it comes to billing! They literally LIED & mislead us! Recap: Had 3 visits(Nov 2021), we were assured insurance would cover 90% of the bill. Insurance showed we may own $30-$75 We STOPPED after 3 visits & told them we don't want to pay $75 a visit. Asked them about potential cost. They Reassured us the MAX cost would be a COPAY of $30. Did 3 more visits(6 total) (Dec 2021). Insurance again showed we may owe $30-$75 a visit. ALSO ~ THEY messed up BILLING and DIDNT BILL SECONDARY insurance!!! We again told them "WE CANNOT PAY $75 a visit" They INSISTED it would be a MAX of our office Co-pay of $30. We asked them to check and AUTHORIZE the treatment ahead of time. They came back with Authorization and said it was all covered except a copay & we had 3 more visits authorized! We asked HOW MUCH PER VISIT, they Again said no more then the copay! So we did 3 more visits (1 Dec 2021& 2 Jan 2022) with 2 being in a NEW calendar year. And we had a change to insurance. THIS time Insurance said its $75 a visit. Out of concern of being overcharged & them not being up front, we STOPPED in Jan of 2022 to figure out our balance. We CALLED to pay the bill in FULL JAN 2022 and figure out what we owed. They told us to wait 90 days for the bill. In APRIL of 2022 we got a Bill for $375. Seemed a little high but reasonable to what they told us. $375/9= visits $41 a visit. It was a little higher then the $30 a visit we were told. I called in APRIL of 2022 and questioned why it was more then $30 a visit. They told us that is what insurance ended up charging us. I was disappointed and told them I expected $270 which is what we were told on THREE(3) different occasions! The lady told me she couldn't do anything and I AGREED to pay my account in FULL. I then asked he, "IS ANYTHING PENDING?" She said no, this closes out your account to $0. I told her I was disappointed but agreed to pay my bill in full. I mean they did see us 9 times so, I was OK paying slightly more. TODAY in NOVEMBER 2022, 10 months after we were last there, 6 months after we PAID them in FULL... We get a BILL for $375 for remainder of what insurance didn't pay. Oh, and they say we are PAST due though we NEVER received another bill after APRIL. That's SUPER SHADY & NOT honest business. 100% LIED to us even after we STOPPED our treatments on 2 occasions to clarify

I have worked with both Mark and Matt several times for different things over the years and I must say that the entire staff at Fit PT is first rate. Always leave there feeling better than when I got there.
