This is my second round of therapy with FIT. My first round exposed that I would need surgery. Now I am recovering with treatment from the very impressive staff at FIT. I find the team professional and empathetic, as well as attentive to their patients. They know your routine and are careful to make sure to guide you in proper posture and intensity, to heal not hurt. My specialist is Kyle and I would like to personally thank him for the great job he has done. I recommend the facility in Mesquite if you are in need of excellent care!

Best PT spot in town, really find the right program for each person and truly cares! I also enjoy challenges, as it helps me stay focused, and they do well at creating obstacles for you to overcome. Love this place, Darren and Erin have both been great as well as an awesome staff.

Fit Physical Therapy has a friendly relaxed atmosphere with a very competent staff! From the receptionist who greets you, to my therapist Kyle evaluating and providing spot-on treatment, I felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend their services.

Fit is a great place for physical therapy. I had a sore back, thought I would have to have surgery to fix it. The surgeon referred me to Fit physical therapy. Once I started doing physical therapy there, I could tell the difference within the first two weeks. Now the pain in my back is gone. I highly recommend Fit Physical Therapy. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and supportive in the process to recovery. I enjoyed the time I spent at Fit Physical Therapy. Full knee replacement. Kyle’s team is great. I was able to get great range of motion and strength back. My wife just had shoulder surgery and I brought her to Kyle’s team for her rehab and recovery.

I am currently in physical therapy at Fit. I've had a double mastectomy with a great deal of pain from damaged nerves. Kyle Memmett has been a God send. He has helped restore my range of arm motion, my upper body strength and has found a way to work with the nerves so that the pain is greatly improved. Kyle is an excellent physical therapist that I would recommend to anyone. In addition, Kyle listens, whether it's about pain or experiences or stupid jokes. We always find something to laugh about and I always leave feeling much better leaving than when I came in the door.
