I couldn’t recommend this office enough! Trent and Liz are a friendly and caring team. What has been a very long and fairly painful recovery from a meniscus tear and surgical repair has been made so much more tolerable and manageable with Trent’s guidance and encouragement to push and challenge myself just enough. I’ve felt so much support throughout this recovery receiving positive encouragement during some obstacles and setbacks as well as celebrations of major wins and milestones in my recovery. I look forward to my sessions and Trent’s and Liz’s friendly and positive interactions each week!

Excellent physical therapy, probably the best I've had out of many times. Outcome was great for plantar fasciitis pain, no more pain! Trent provided massage, electrical stimulation in addition to normal stretching/muscle strengthening exercises.

Very friendly and efficient. They are considerate of your pain level for the day and adjust your treatment to reducing your pain level, where other physical therapy providers just do the same routine every time and make you push through the pain, which can make your pain level much worse. They are also the only physical therapist that has actually helped my problems versus keeping the pain the same or making it worse. I highly recommend Fit Therapy.

Both my wife and I have been coming to this Fit for P.T.. We live in Kanab (about 45 miles away) because of the level of care we receive. Trent, Liz, and Bernice are exceptional! I've had shoulder, knee, and ankle surgery. All three feel great, and I'm back to doing the things I did before (3 different surgeries). Worth the drive for such great and professional service

I love Dr. Trent at the Hildale location. He has help me through PT with a back injury, knee injury and surgery. He is very knowledgeable and has friendly. Trent makes everyone that comes in feel welcome and supported.
