Ryan saw my daughter for 4 weeks. He was very professional and made the exercises simple for her to understand. Through the initial soreness, she was able to strengthen her muscles and relieve the pain she was feeling. Upon completion, she received a comprehensive plan to continue at home and a roller ball, free of charge. We will use F.I.T again, should there need arise.

The people at FIT genuinely care about helping you get back to your best self in order to train and perform to the best of your ability. Dry needling and physical therapy has helped my hamstring pain tremendously. Ryan is very personable, but yet professional each time I visit. The Crossroads location has a dynamic duo with Ryan and Alex!

Ryan and Pilar are amazing. Pilar has made scheduling very easy. She is also very nice. Ryan helped me feel confident going back to playing soccer after having surgery.
