It was okay. The physical therapists were nice & did a great job with me, & I thank them for that. But I’ll never forget the introduction “interview”. It was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. (& I’m not talking about the ginger. I like ginger.) While I was waiting for the manager, or whoever is in charge, I pulled a ginger chew out of my purse & ate it. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, “that’s a great way to start an interview.” First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I’m paying “you”, not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. That rude first impression made me not want to be there. & I ended up calling & making up some excuse to not have to finish out the last week or two. & to top it off, when I offered her a ginger chew, she made a look like she was disgusted, & said, “I HATE ginger.” Rude. A kind “no thank you” would have been more appropriate. But I’ll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent & the PTs were kind. I just couldn’t stand the manager, or whoever “interviewed” me, & thank God I don’t have to work for her, bc she’s not so nice.

Refreshing to have such helpful support staff right on up through to the Physical Therapy masters. They have been patient, understanding, with master skills, and a calm, relaxed yet very professional attitude. Even with challenging circumstances, they rally and remain stellar. I've been able to hold off on nerve blocks, surgical procedures or drugs to manage pain. Instead the intention is to mobilize, stabilize, then strengthen with which I've had magnificent results. Impressive customized programs created to fit particular needs is yet another attribute to add to their many!

I only gave it 4 stars because nobody believes the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately/fortunately, my problems weren't severe enough for surgery. And it was/is the Covid times. So... PT was the only option for treatment. As luck would have it, Angela Witt was assigned to me. Maybe not so much for Angela. I am in constant pain, which makes me crabby, Since getting it fixed was not an option, Angela concentrated on function, strength, and safety. Excercises for muscle weakness, for balance. Gait training: 1st with rollator, then cane. The most helpful was teaching me how to get up off the floor when I fell! That one thing was the key to everything else. That's what got me back in the gardens. Angela Witt, ask for her by name

The physical therapists are good people and do a good job but had a horrible experience dealing with front office and dealing with vehicle insurance coverage. Instead of trying to figure out how they can help only thing they are worried about is how they will be paid and on top of the they don't know how to deal with any issues that arise. Supposed to hear back from main office and never got called back.

I have been to several therapists and none can compare to Fit for Life. They are so caring. You do machines for 1/2 hour and with the therapist for a 1/2 hour. she (Char) listens to you and works with you. I. Am so pleased with the results. IT IS A 5 STAR FOR SURE.

A year and half ago I would of said 5 stars. Now I'll give it 3. Chairs looks old and worn out. Get call back 10 minutes waiting and lobby then the person came in late and left 10 min early. Didn't do everything and tell me you only have a certain amount of time. Image that!!

Amazing work and care. It is the first time I have gone to PT and had someone there to make sure that I was doing my job right.

I was told that I would have the same PT team and even moved my schedule around to coincide with theirs. Then they would put me with someone else. I tried to talk to them about it but they didn’t seem to care.
