First Steps Pediatric Therapy

Megan D with First Steps Pediatric Therapy has been a miracle worker with my neurospicy son. She’s been amazing about meeting him where he’s at and pushing him to grow and improve. His sensory seeking and regulation has improved so much in the time that we’ve worked with her. My son loves his visits to see “Magazine.” Keep up the great work!! You are so appreciated!!

My children have had many therapists and First Steps is, by far, the best! Every single person we’ve come into contact with is skilled, kind, engaging, and makes a world of difference for my children. Brittany, Megan, and Nikki are perfect therapists, as far as I can tell. P.S. This place takes a lot of insurance types that other therapists or therapy groups do not.

Brittni has been an absolute blessing to our family over the past year as our OT therapist for our two boys. The growth we have witnessed in both of them has been nothing short of extraordinary. Brittni’s approach is not only professional and insightful but also fun and engaging, which has made such a positive impact on our boys. She is always full of creative ideas, providing us with invaluable tips and exercises that have helped tremendously in their development. We couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and caring therapist—Brittni truly goes above and beyond!

My son had PT through First step and Beth Kalimba has been doing it for years and she is the best PT as I have ever known , she mad a great change on my son. she met all my expectations as a therapy , some times you have connections with family too and she has such a good personality coming to my house. we are very grateful to have her as our son;s therapy.

Our son, who is now 9, has worked with several therapists from First Steps since he was in remission from brain cancer at 2 years old. He’s had nothing but the best care from these therapists. They are kind, patient, and understanding of all his needs. They are respectful when they are in our home. They have helped him make so much progress over the years. So thankful we were connected with First Steps!

Meghan has been wonderful to work with! My daughter looks forward to coming to OT each week. She engages with her, meets her exactly where she is at and is encouraging. Her communication is open and prompt! We enjoy her so much!

We absolutely love our therapist!! We have a a daughter with DownSyndrom whom requires several therapies to help her with speech, functional mobility and growth plus so much more. We’ve had such a positive experience with First Steps and appreciate all the hard work, dedication & communication the therapist provide. My son loves Brittany from the first day she started with us she has kept a smile on his face she very patient and caring she always goes that extra mile to help him grow and I truly appreciate that. Beth is just joining and also really great she is patient as well and understand he almost two so he needs to be redirected quite a bit but they don’t get frustrated if they do I don’t see it which also means he’s doesn’t see is and everytime they leave my son breaks down in tears and he does that for no one else that lets me know he’s in great hands thank you guys for all you do for my baby
