Horrible place to put your child. My child came back home with all kinds of bruises and red marks along with bumps, and when I asked what had happened I always got the same answer which was either I don’t know or I’m not sure and they couldn’t even be bothered to go back and look at the video footage to see what had happened. The only good thing about this school is the therapist they are always kind and attentive to my child.

My son has improved drastically since starting speech and OT at first step. He's been in the early intervention program now for a few months and I see such a change in him! The teachers and staff truly care for their students. Even the bus, bus 43 to be exact, has been awesome. The driver and the staff on board have been terrific with my son. Thanks first step, for everything❤️
My son has been going here well over 2 and a half years! This coming Friday he graduates and he's really grown into a fine young man! Thank you first step for all the help ❤️
Great teachers and staff who truly care. My son goes here and I can tell he's had a full day or learning and positive interaction!
My friends son who is autistic goes here and has improved a lot since he first started.
Great people and wonderful teachers and staff
My son loves this school and the teachers & staff are amazingly wonderful. Sadly this is his last year we sure will miss this great school since he will start kindergarten in fall. I would recommend this school to any mom great environment, friendly people, great education service, just awesome.
I love their staff. I have only encountered 1 person that was rude and seemed as though they didn't like their job. And i hoped she didn't work directly with the kids. My son has mad such a big improvement since attending first step. When he first started he wasn't talking at all just a lot of guestures and tantrums but now he can make understandable comments still needs work but im so proud and thankful for the staff here. They are so patient and loving to my boys.
