Love Allison, PA! Professional, great personality and best of all, she's able to work around all my allergies. She's help me avoid surgery for 2 years and must recently I'm trying injections again to hopefully get another 2 years.

All the staff and my PA, Regis Phelan, were all absolutely professional and caring from the time of my phone call and scheduling with Tammy and the scheduling coordinator to the time I walked in for my appointment, through the end of my visit! You can tell they all work well together and are well trained in their positions and expertise! The facility was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you kindly!

Allison came highly recommended and I can see why. Exam was through and well explained. She was efficient with her time and I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed.

I had an initial evaluation by Dr. Johnson’s Physician Assistant, Michelle Smith. I was extremely pleased with her candor, knowledge, professionalism, willingness to answer my questions, and thorough review of my records. I highly recommend her to everyone, especially if you have a long wait before scheduling an appointment in the Wilmington or Newark offices. The drive to Middletown was well worth the trip.

Dr. Tooze is always professional in a friendly manner. His staff is polite and knowledgeable. He follows up with me after replacing my knee 3 years ago with annual appointments. I highly recommend Dr, Tooze very highly.

Emma was so knowledgeable and yet so much fun! She was kind and helpful with a great sense of humor. She was able to make what was a bummer situation with a sports injury a far less stressful scenario. We are so grateful Emma was the one we were able to see!

I gave 3 stars for the actual treatment. It's quick and to the point which is a plus! I Didnt give 5 stars because scheduling and wait time is not up to par. You are waiting in the lobby for at least 40 min to be seen for a 5-10 min appointment. People with injuries and aching body parts definitely do not want to be sitting in one stiff position that long. Also, when you call in all the redirection and wait times are ridiculous. On a positive note, most staff are friendly. Some could use phone etiquette training as to not be so short and cut you off when your trying to explain things. It's as if they don't want to deal with you but when they do they wanna send you straight to a voicemail where you have to wait several days to get a response. Edit** Saw PA-C Dixon today, she's exceptional in the service she gives. Eye contact, great at explaining what to expect and instructions. Makes you feel at ease and I appreciate that. I've increased my stars to 5 bc the wait time was greatly improved as well. Perhaps that first day was an off day at the office. Overall I am pleased with Dr. DIXON and would recommend her.

I was grateful for her shared wisdom and her sensitivity to my issues. She made me feel comfortable and heard, while providing me with treatment & written home therapy instructions. Thank you, ♥️
