First Settlement Physical Therapy

My experience with FSPT was awesome! The staff are all very knowledgeable and attentive. They always took the time to carefully explain how, what, and why for all of PT exercises they had me do. The PT did what it was supposed to do and I’m now pain free and able to resume the activities I enjoy. I will miss going there, but I can’t thank them enough for fixing me!

Everyone working at South Hills did a amazing job. Scheduling to Therapy was great some days were harder than other but they pushed my limits but, I am glad they did. They also explained exercises and other ways to strengthen my shoulder at home. Once again Thanks for all you did to get me back to normal. Jarrett

Of course Physical Therapy is not fun but the crew at FSPT in South Charleston WV are outstanding they're knowledgeable friendly & made PT fun. Because of them I actually looked forward to going & they were genuinely happy with my progress. I highly recommend checking them out.

Excellent facility , staff is extremely competent, caring and very professional. The aquatic therapy was extremely helpful and helped to relieve my sciatic pain. I highly recommend First Settlement Physical Therapy in South Charleston.

Absolutely loved the staff at this location. Soji was amazing! I’d recommend her to anyone. Sweetest and definitely was amazing at what she does! Sad that my treatment is over but so very thankful for the staff at the South Charleston location!

The therapists are all great. They helped me to be ready to get back to my normal life. The exercises were all something that I can continue on my own at home.

If you’re actually trying to get better and make progress in a timely manner,this place isn’t for you. If you have time to stay on physical therapy long term then this place can work.The workout plans,I felt,are put together without thought on individual but as age groups.A little lazy if you ask me.The scheduling people are nice and work with you.
