First Settlement Physical Therapy

This team are knowledgeable and caring, they work with you to get the best Results possible. From my first appointment to my last I progressed with their help. The facilities are very clean and the staff work with you through any issues you may have whether it be rescheduled appointment or anything else. I am due surgery again mid August and plan on going back to First settlement Therapy.

I’ll be needing additional PT and I will insist that I go to Sissonville branch. I wanna say an Awesome thank you to all the crew at FSPT they truly are professional and everyone one of them is top notch. Ty guy’s until we meet again.

This is a great group! The facility itself is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me/pushed me through 5 weeks of PT sessions as I recovered from a partial knee replacement. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend First Settlement in Sissonville to anyone looking for a good physical therapy group. They are excellent!

Friendly and Personable Staff. This was my second time using them for post operation therapy. My expectations were met & I noticed progression and improvement with each visit. Staff is always encouraging to assist me with reaching the goals and expectations they set for me. Highly recommend and will use them again with my next surgery recovery.

They staff is awesome and extremely friendly. They are very professional and attentive. My knee has improved each visit. Enjoyed my time I had with the whole staff from the receptionist to the PT assistants and the Physical therapist. Would definitely recommend them. When I was finished, the staff was more than just my Physical Therapy Facility.

I broke my ankle in 3 places and the staff at First Settlement took wonderful care of me. From the initial evaluation with Trevor, to the appointments with Jessica and Heather, they watched over me carefully to ensure that I was doing OK and helping me in every way possible. I liked to tease Jessica about "cracking the whip" at me to keep me going. Carly and the other staff members treated their patients with the utmost care. Tonya, the Receptionist/Scheduler always greeted me with a smile and worked out my appointment times that was best suited for me. I thank them more than I can say for helping me to walk again. It truly felt like a family atmosphere. I plan to drop by from time to time just to say hi and let them know I love them all!!!

When I first came here I could not move my arm. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the therapist and therapist assistants. My doctor told me a I would not have full range of motion in my arm again. They worked with me three days a week and got my arm back to full range of motion. They are an awesome group of people to work with. They know their job well. I am so glad I picked them to do my therapy, I would gladly recommend them to anyone .
