First Settlement Physical Therapy

This was my first visit time for physical therapy after a total reverse shoulder replacement. The whole staff - Rhonda, Jasmine and Malaise(receptionist) were wonderful. They were very enthusiastic and encouraging through every session I had. I have accomplished so much in 6 weeks of therapy. Thank you to everyone!

A broken shoulder took me to the South Hills PSPT location. After weeks in a sling, my arm muscles were squishy and my movement very limited. The professional and courteous, yet warm and friendly staff now has me back in shape and ready for a long-awaited trip. Rhonda, Jasmine, and Malaysia, Thank you so much for your help!

I have used the FSPT Bridge Road facility twice, each time for a different issue. I found the staff there professional, friendly and fun. They listened carefully to my issues and crafted a PT plan to get me pain free and back to enjoying the activities I like to do. Each time I learned exercises that could be done at home with no equipment to keep me mobile and pain free. I highly recommend this location and staff.

I have been here twice for physical therapy: for vertigo a couple of years ago and most recently for a “frozen” shoulder. I had the pleasure of working with Rhonda each time, and with Jasmine most often for my shoulder. Both ladies are very pleasant, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jasmine has the exceptional ability to make therapy enjoyable, and I looked forward to going each week as I experienced great results. My treatment plans were effective, and I am very satisfied with the care I received. It was always easy to make appointments to accommodate my busy schedule. I hope it won't be necessary to return; but if so, I have confidence that I will receive the best care.

After having surgery on my shoulder in July, I chose FSPT on Bridge Road because my sister had nothing but nice things to say about them after she broke her arm. The location was also perfect because it is so close to home and work. The staff is extremely friendly and always made it such a pleasant experience. Rhonda and Jasmine were awesome. They are very helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for me. I highly recommend FSPT if you should need physical therapy. Thanks! 😃

I am very grateful for the physical therapy I received at FSPT. It was amazing and it helped me so much. When I arrived on September 28, my condition was poor. I broke my foot on July 19, 2023. Rhonda and Jasmin(e) were very professional, but also patient centric. Rhonda, especially, helped me with my shoulder problem and actually made it enjoyable to have this therapy.
