FIRST Rehab of West Palm Beach

I have been attending First Rehab for about three weeks due to a shoulder injury while executing a repetitive but simple painting task at home. Initially, I visited a chiropractor who advised that more intensive physical therapy was necessary. My wife has been a regular patient at First Rehab following a serious car accident resulting in complications and suggested that First Rehab would be the place for me to go as she has been receiving excellent care. Since starting my treatment there, I have found the staff to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive in addressing my issue. I anticipate continuing treatment for some time, but I wholeheartedly recommend the facility and its compassionate and dedicated staff. I write this dedication as a token of my appreciation to all the staff at First Rehab.

This is by far the best rehab facility in the area!! I highly recommend first Rehab NPB for any rehabilitation therapy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the therapist are great!!!

From my first encounter with scheduling my appointment to physically starting my PT, nothing could’ve been quicker and easier. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by an entire staff willing to put me at ease with the entire process to follow. The facility is well equipped for whatever rehab you might need. And the physical therapists are the icing on the cake. Their attention to detail to each and every client is unsurpassed. This is truly a professional “family” atmosphere where everybody knows your name, including the other clients. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone in need of their services.

This is my second time going to First Rehab for PT and I have to say everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable about the types of therapy is needed for each of their patients. I would like to say thank you to the staff for their patience and willingness to ensure that I have the best quality of life while living with chronic back pain. You Rock!!

Let me start by saying that I’m not wishing a need for physical therapy on you. But if you need it, I am hoping you receive an experience even half as amazing as the one I received at FIRST Rehab of West Palm Beach. At a time in my life where many things were uncertain, I knew I could count on them to give me 5 star treatment every single time. The atmosphere at First Rehab is welcoming and comforting in a way you could never expect at a typical treatment center. Despite the pain I was living with and working through with their help, my therapy was not painful nor exacerbating. I was cared for and nurtured back to health in a way I could not have expected nor hoped for. I cannot thank FIRST Rehab enough, but I can write this review and hope that maybe you’ll choose them for your physical therapy needs and thank them on my behalf. Trust them, choose them. Feel better!

This is the best physical therapy place! I have been here multiple times over the years for various physical issues. I have received PT for cervical pain, low back pain and following knee surgery. Each time I fully recovered from my injuries due to the high level of care and expertise offered by everyone with whom I came in contact. Not only are the therapists and assistants top notch, they are also friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable! Physical therapy can be painful but the folks at First Rehab do everything right and make you feel at ease and comfortable. First rehab will always be my favorite place to go for PT.

I have been a patient at FIRST Rehab several times over the years for different injuries. My experience was excellent. The “customer service” was great, which is what happens when you go to a local business and not a chain. The therapists are top notch, which is why I will always return there….for future injuries as well. Highly recommend.

The people who currently work at this office are Absolutely Amazing! 100% Great customer service. They are always smiling, they know you by name, and their team feels like a family. My Scheduling is Always on point thanks to Vanessa. Fred starts me off with my heat therapy and gets all my supplies. Mark is always in the office, making sure he is working on people's needs. Jen and Marissa have the knowledge and the skills to help my aches feel better with their blessed hands. Even the people in the office are engaged and making sure the office is up and running. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment I enter, to the second I walk out the door! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TEAM AT FIRST REHAB!!!
