Alaena Bateman, OTR/L performed an expert and thorough occupational therapy evaluation of my Parkinson's disease and its multiple adverse effects on my activities of daily living in the comfort of my own home. Her plan of action included a home exercise program that I have been doing with noticeable improvements in my posture and strength. She worked with me on my balance with marked improvement. She also analyzed ways to improve my performance of ADLs that led to greater efficiencies. Her consistently cheerful enthusiasm was highly motivating. I strongly recommend her for individual O.T. services. In addition she also coaches Rock Steady Boxing classes, an exercise program recommended for those with Parkinson's disease, in which I participate. She is a great coach!

I loved working with Alaena. So many positives. She came to my home and gave me suggestions to deal with Parkinson's in my environment. I felt she was engaged with how I felt. She even made charts to keep me honest with exercise. I loved the whole experience. Thank you Alaena!
