Fire Mountain Spine & Rehab

Dr Sarah at Fire Mountain Spine and Rehab is amazing. Our family has been coming to her for approximately 12 years. She is a chiropractor but also does ART and recommends exercises to do at home. Many of my friends have come to see her and love her. One of her best qualities is that she will provide a treatment plan and go over it with you. Once you are better she will let you know and say “You’re all better, call me if you need me again!”

Dr. Sarah is the best! I've had scar tissues in my stomach for years and have not met anyone who can release the pain better than she can. She truly cares for your health and well being and gives you exercises to go along with the treatment. Dr. Sarah is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in the door and does not have you waiting like other places I've been to. She is HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Inconsiderate and Unprofessional for a spine and rehab doctors office I would think they would know better then to ask me , a patient with moderate to severe lower back,leg ,shoulder and neck pain, to come to my appointment 1/2 an hour early only to have me wait seated in the waiting room for over an hour now . My appointment was at 11am I was told to be here no later then 10:30am , it is now 11:57 and I still have not even been called back .All the while I can hear doctor Mann, on the phone discussing the previous patients case to someone. They should be more considerate knowing their patients have difficulty sitting for long periods of time and is super uncomfortable. I’m basically waiting on someone else’s appointment that he’s on the phone with. It says on the paperwork that the APPOINTMENT can take 2-3 hours not that you will be waiting in the waiting room for that entire time. If you have an option to choose a different QME office please do , they do not care here , as I’m STILL waiting…. Update 12:17pm still have seen the doctor. Update 12:35pm nothing…

Dr. Sarah is a straight up boss! I’ve been going to her for various acute injuries since 2018, and I can’t express my gratitude or amazement enough. A.R.T. and Dr. Sarah’s expertise has been a true life saver. I highly, highly recommend her.

Dr. Sarah is the best. Great technique, friendly, professional, and her dagger like fingers find all the good spots!. I wish I would have meet her years ago, I was going to a chiro on a regular basis and getting "adjusted" but it was the same over and over. My wife talked me into going to Dr. Sarah and it was one of the best things my wife has ever suggested. She is now 3 out of a bazillion (Marriage, Kids, and Dr. Sarah) I was a "Hot Mess" as they called me and after a few sessions I am so much better than I was. Several knee surgeries and long hours sitting at the desk have taken their toll on my lower back and shoulders to the point of I was cramping up with spasms. Dr Sarah had me feeling much better and more flexiable than I have in a long time. The ART technique is great and she even worked on the scar tissue on my knee. The wife and I have been known to try and steal each others appointments or trade them for favor's. Yes Dr. Sarah is that good! We recommend her to everyone that has Chiropractor needs. They should name a planet after her! Oh and we can't forget Ashley.. She is the gatekeeper for the magical Dr. Sarah appointments so treat her well and with much respect. Not to mention she is a wonderful person and is a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Mackenzie is awesome! She took the time to figure out what was actually causing my issues instead of only treating the pains I was having. The muscle work she did using ART was a game changer with helping me become more mobile. I highly recommend her.

I suffered from migraines for over 7 years and Dr Jake has eliminated them completly. I got my life back and it is wonderful. I can't recomened him enough :-) Google maps says you can access building from El Camino Real but that is wong.
