Fiercely Optimistic - Life Coach Reiki Training Virtual Meditation Retreats

I am super happy to say Alisha is my life coach. I completed her six week program and am very pleased with the results, so pleased that I have decided to continue our sessions. Alisha has helped me to become my greatest cheerleader, find inner peace and decide that "this is it!" ... this is the time to live a life that speaks to my passions, to unleash my creative powers, to love and trust myself fully! Every experience I have had with Alisha has been powerful, to say the least. I've attended two healing circles with her, and each time I walked away with clarity and reassurance. She has an incredible capacity for patience and "realness" that is hard to come by. There is nothing fake about this chick! She has an amazing ability to, not just listen, but hear the messages between the lines of what you are saying. She can see through your crap. She gives it to you straight while at the same time creating a space where you feel safe and cared for. I most recently finished my Reiki level one training with Alisha, and I'm so glad that I did. I had been thinking about doing a Reiki training for over a year, but there was always something that had kept me back from taking the leap. I now know it was because I was waiting for Alisha to be my guide. It's been about a month now since I've been attuned, and it continues to reveal new dimensions to how powerful it is to be FIERCELY OPTIMISTIC. Alisha has and continues to help me let go of old limiting beliefs. I am eternally grateful to her.

Alisha has been tremendously supportive throughout the past 9 months of us working together, and consistently provides me with the tools and wisdom I sought to learn from our first session. She encourages me to look inward, put in the work, and ask myself the tough questions, all while giving me the confidence to navigate the inevitable transitions that this year has brought into my life. I went to Alisha for a reiki session in San Diego. Her space is warm and inviting and she made me feel comfortable right away. Alisha has helped me tremendously in 2020 and I’m so incredibly glad our paths crossed. She has help me to understand my place here on earth and my mission to serve. I was struggling with my transition from a military life style to the civilian world and she eased that process while also helping me grow as an individual mentally physically spiritually & emotionally. The biggest battle field is not the one fought on foreign soil but the one fought within your own head. How do you know if you are really alive? I discovered it after feeling and observing the movement of my soul from the first moment I established contact with Alisha. She came into my life (and I got to her) at the right time. Our souls had known each other for a long time, however it was first through Instagram and then with the day to day, how this wonderful human being showed me the key of a closed door that had been a long time in front of me and that I didn’t know it was possible to open. There is a lot of good energy inside Alisha. That energy allowed me to start a trip from Mexico City to San Diego, to receive the wonderful gift that means a Reiki session with her. From the first moment I was in Fiercely Optimistic I was welcomed by Alisha with a look, a smile and a hug born from her soul and that made me feel back to my home. The Reiki sessions I have had with this special angel have been one of the best things that have happened to me in this life. That is, entering and leaving my own body, being able to travel to a mountain or a forest where I can really see my spiritual masters, my ancestors, and of course my most beloved ones. I have found many answers to my current life through the work that between laughter and tears of emotion I carry out every day with Alisha, either in person in San Diego (La Jolla) or remotely anywhere in the world where she or I are, the sisterhood and all the love that she gives is capable of transcending any distance, time and space. Alisha is my mentor, she is my guru, but above all she is that soul that has made the best of me come out. After every Reiki session or every real talk I have with her, people look at me differently, in fact I look at myself and feel different, stronger and happier than ever before. Just as I tell all the people I know, and you who now read me, I honestly can tell you, give your soul the chance to wake up and feel life as it should be, with a smile, with gratitude and compassion, with an open heart, live this unique experience of life with Fiercely Optimistic.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 6 years and since the beginning of my career, I’ve wanted to learn reiki. I’m grateful I waited to find someone who resonated so fully with my life. I took Alisha’s level one and two reiki certification over the course of a weekend and I’ve never had more information stick with me in a class of any kind than when working with Alisha. Her approach is incredible. And the love for this work is evident from the second I sat down in front of her. She is a strong and beautiful light worker. As down to earth as she is up in the cosmos. Oh My Goddess! Alisha was amazing! I was referred to her by my yoga instructor when I mentioned I was interested in getting certified in Reiki. As I entered Alisha's Fiercely Optimistic environment, it was like anything negative I carried with me that day melted away.
