My mother spent sometime here at the Fidelity healthcare for her rehabilitation. Auggie V. arranged my mother transfer from the hospital to Fidelity healthcare . They gave my mother extra accommodations ex. Physical therapy. The administrator in the facility is very accomodating with our needs. The Nursing staff are very caring and helpful to the residents. The CNA’s are very skilled works very hard to make sure my mother is being assisted in toileting, bathing dressing, feeding during mealtimes. I would recommend Fidelity healthcare for Families in need of Nursing home facility. It’s also well Maintain facility. Thanks for the caring staff and management.

Auggie was a big helped to my Mom. He helped us with my mom’s medical issues. Kudos to the whole staff of fidelity health care for taking care of mom’s health! 😊
IMy mother is well taken care of, she's has been there a few years now. No rash, no neglect. Though noisy at times, it's a place of employment, with staff and patients who roam the hallways talking to others. This isn't a mental institution where people are drugged to be silent, everybody is communicating with each other so don't expect it to be it's quiet as a funeral home.
Alex the administrator is very caring and helpful to our family. We recommend this place. Nice staff and clean facility.
This is regarding the RN, Rhea. I'm an EMT that dropped the patient off the facility, and Rhea was suppose to be taking transfer of care for the patient, but refused to accept the report, and sign over care because she was on break. When asked why she wouldn't even if she's on break she said "would you work on your break? so go talk to someone else." So if one of her patients goes in to god forbid, a cardiac arrest or some other medical emergency, would she not take action because she's on break? It really brought up the question of what quality of care do these patients receive when theres no one to oversee their day to day operation.
My mom has been a resident at Fidelity for almost 5 years and this facility and ALL staff have been EXCEPTIONAL to my Mom's personal and medical care. THANK YOU ALL!!! Your facility has been heaven sent.
BEING A PATIENT IN THIS PLACE IS VERY DIFFICULT. THE FOOD HAS NO FLAVOR AT ALL & NOT ENOUGH TO GET ME FULL. THE CNA's PAY MORE ATTENTION TO ME THAN THE CHARGE NURSES DO. I CAN'T GET MY POINT ACROSS BECAUSE THEY JUST IGNORE ME. I REALLY WOULD RATE THIS FACILITY 0 STARS. THEIR WORK IS VERY POOR & GHETTO.
saw 2 chinese nurses with worst attitude ever, one of them even yelling at me when i was trying to talk to her. no wonder their rating is extremely low!
