My experience with Efosa was truly life-changing. For 10 years, I struggled with shoulder and ankle pain—my ankle hurt after running, and my shoulder pain made lifting my arm unbearable. After previous physical therapy attempts failed, I had accepted these limitations as my “new normal” and stopped doing activities I loved. Working with Efosa, I noticed improvement within the first month. After three months, I’m pain-free, running, walking, and lifting weights overhead again. I’m thrilled to return to the activities I thought I’d lost as I approach my 40s.

A over the summer I was suffering from back ache and mild siatica. Efoasa at FFITT Health was able to diagnose my symptoms over video and gave me a series of workouts to perform daily. After only 3 weeks I started to notice a significat difference in my strength and all my pain went away. Efosa is caring and wonderful to work with. He really knows his stuff. After 4 months I still no pain and have been stronger ever since. I really appricate him and all his efforts for giving me a pain free life.

I first met Dr. Efosa Guobadia when I needed physical therapy following a skiing accident. I have continued to work with him after having had rotator cuff surgery for this accident. When I first met him, Efosa was working with a physical therapy company with multiple locations in the region. He immediately made me feel comfortable with his professionalism, genuine friendliness and questions concerning my physical therapy needs. Communication has been an important aspect of working with Efosa from the first day, as he has emphasized the need for this, as well as collaboration with me, to maximize positive results. When Efosa branched out on his own to start FFITT, his physical therapy company, I knew that I would do everything I could to continue working with him, including paying a new deductible for starting with a “new provider.” That’s how important it was for me to continue working with him. Efosa combines everything I could want from a physical therapist. He has the highest level of education concerning the practice of physical therapy, and has prioritized my personal goals in developing and working on a program with me. He conveys a clear sense of investment in my progress, goals and well-being. My physical rehabilitation progress and success genuinely matters to him, because that’s the type of caring person he is. In working with him, I learned that Efosa goes all over the world, providing physical therapy in countries and areas that need this service. He is conscientious, kind, knowledgeable and principled. Not to mention a pleasure to talk to and interact with over the course of our sessions. I simply can’t recommend Efosa Guobadia highly enough. As I continue to work with him, I can see my own progress - I am healing and can feel myself returning to good physical form, strength and flexibility, thanks to working with Efosa.
