If you’re considering physical therapy, do it! It was a difficult decision for me because insurance doesn’t cover it, but after all the doctors I’d seen covered under insurance with almost zero improvement, I finally decided to try it. After maybe 4 sessions my therapist gave me a simple exercise that has since eliminated all my symptoms. It sounds crazy but I’m so grateful I came here. Truly life changing and worth the out of pocket.
