Laurel at FEM PT is truly a great provider. She is knowledgeable and great with communication. I always felt like she heard my concerns and worked with me towards goals that were meaningful to me. Could not recommend her enough!

Laurel was highly recommended to me by a friend, and my experience with her has been amazing! She is very knowledgable and professional. She has taken the time to develop a pelvic floor strengthening plan that caters to my individual needs. She is quick to answer emails and to provide support in between appointments. I also really love the easy to follow along specific exercise videos that I can reference during the week. I definitely recommend Laurel for all your pelvic floor/ postpartum needs!

Laurel at FEM Physical Therapy has been amazing! I had been to 3 different specialists to try to figure out what was causing my pain. Laurel was the first person to listen to my story and validate all the things I was feeling. With her expertise, we worked together to figure out a plan. She always answered all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable. Now, I am back to working out and doing all the things that I love to do. I would highly recommend Laurel for physical therapy and am so grateful she is here in Colorado Springs!

Laurel is amazing. Down to earth, understanding and easy to understand. I am grateful for her and for having her in our community. We need to build more awareness around pelvic health and be empowered to seek care that meets you where you are.

Laurel has been great in giving me hope that the changes I’ve experienced in my core and pelvic floor postpartum don’t have to be permanent. She’s helping me return to CrossFit, climbing, and preparing for a big summit climb and I’m feeling more and more confident with her help and guidance that I’ll be doing these things without any worries and with total freedom & strength of my pelvic floor. I came to her feeling stalled in my progress and feeling like I’d probably never do more high impact movements without leaking, but I’m already working on jumping and experiencing no issues! Her programs are individualized and you really do feel “seen” through the way she synthesizes your needs and her expansive knowledge. 10/10 I’d recommend!
