Excellent quality care with an eye towards educating the patient to the causes of their discomfort and arming them with information (such exercises and stretches that can be performed at home to strengthen weak areas) to invite the patient to be a partner in their own journey to wellness.
Dr. Norm has an outstanding understanding of and ability to teach clients what muscles need to be stretched or strengthen to alleviate back pain.
Both Dr Kerri and Dr Norm are awesome!!! I had very bad pain in my forearms from working on the computer, and Dr Kerri totally fixed it!
Norman Crandell ("Dr. Norm" as we call him) is a great chiropractor and a friendly guy.
