FeldCare Connects

I had physical therapy services at home and have had such a positive experience. My therapist Andre was thorough covering all aspects of treatment. He was punctual and very accommodating with our schedules. I had fun working with him and am sad the home treatment is finished. Katey the pt assistant did the bulk of the visits. She was so easy to work with. I looked forward to the challenges of the sessions and rejoiced as I progressed. If all the staff are as good as these two it must be an amazing company.

Feldcare is wonderful. I used to work for Luna and they were horrible. Feldcare allows direct patient contact to set up the initial appointments; they are quick to respond to any need or question I may have, the onboarding process was quick, and the documentation is easy and straightforward

As a PT, I've worked for FeldCare Connects for almost 4 years. In the hectic world of home health care, they are awesome! Easy to communicate with (including the owner!), easy documentation, and always positive, it has been a wonderful working situation. They keep me as busy as I want to be (sometimes too busy!), and are understanding when I'm not able to help out. I highly recommend working for them.

I am an Occupational Therapist that is fairly new to the home health setting and this is the only company I've applied to that oriented me well enough to work in the home health field. After orientation, I felt prepared with what to expect during a visit and I learned the typical procedures and documentation that are necessary. Since working with FeldCare Connects, I’ve started working with other home health staffing and home health agencies; however, I prefer to work with this company thanks to the ongoing support for their therapists and very helpful staff. Overall, I find that the FeldCare Connects staff is professional, communicates in a timely manner, and is very helpful regarding any questions and issues one may have. I recommend working for FeldCare if you have any interest in home health.

From day one, I was impressed with the concept behind FeldCare Connects: connecting home health agencies to clinicians for overflow needs beyond the agency's current staff. In addition to excellent support staff at FeldCare Connects, the culture is professional and client-centered as you would expect, but is not always the case, in my experience. I have direct access to evaluate and treat clients and also have access to COTAs for treatment as needed. Not only am I an OT clinician for Home Health, I hope to see Medicare, Part B outpatients in a similar home-based capacity. In this way, patients do not "fall through the cracks" after discharge from home health if they require therapy for continued chronic-condition management. I am proud to be a part of FeldCare Connects' mission to provide quality, home-based care in the community.

FeldCare Connects' staff is helpful, patient and kind. They take time to educate their therapists and make sure the therapists feel supported while working in the field. Communication is quick and positive creating an environment of gratitude and teamwork. If you're thinking of working for a home health agency, I recommend FeldCare Connects as a high contender.

Great company to work for! I've been working for Feldcare Connects since April 2017 as an independent contractor. Streamlined processes, user friendly EMR system and staff full of knowledgeable and supportive professionals make it easy for me to focus on patient care. Good earning potential and a flexible work schedule are added bonuses. I would highly recommend to other clinicians seeking to work in home health.

Feldcare Connects is a lovely company to work for. The support staff is helpful and patient in assisting therapists navigate all the bureaucracy that comes with documentation. I have had pay withheld but in both cases it was an oversight on my part. They have been a fair and equitable company who appreciate their staff. Also they keep me very busy!! I happy to be a part of the Feldcare Family. I would defintely recommend to other therapists.
