AMAZING experience from the first phone call I made to get scheduled as a new patient. The Practice Manager Andrew answered my call after hours and provided exceptional costumer service! I was then contacted the next business day by Shawn from the office who also went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met at that time and also during my first appointment. Both Doctors were very thorough and showed professionalism, compassion and understanding throughout my visit. This office is very proficient and knowledgeable when it comes to DOL cases. The massage therapist did an amazing job as well. Don't hesitate when choosing Federal Injury Group! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Absolutely the best place to go for any work set comp issues! Everyone is super nice and helpful with whatever you need! Kia is the best massage therapist, both Dr.Heredia and Dr.Lynch are great with the PT and Shawn is amazing with any questions or concerns. Everyone is there to help you both heal and feel secure in the process! 100% recommend.

Front staff is amazing! They able to get you on the schedule right away! Always very helpful! If they don’t know an answer, they will find it and get it to you right away! The best staff To help you with all your department of labor papers! I would recommend anybody to go here! No other place would I go!

I've been coming to the clinic since 2020. Best decision I've ever made. I wasn't getting the help i needed from my employer as far as what I needed to do for my on the job injury. I came to the clinic and they took care of everything for me. Any questions I had were answered . I recommend them 100000 percent

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was injured at work and ended up needing therapy before and after surgery. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. The staff here is amazing and they really do care about you and your recovery!
