Fedcap

This is the worst program to be in...Waist of your time!!! If you need help with resources less than the bare minimum to receive that. had me fool of thinking I was getting somewhere. I swear I knew I was on a rise...while attending and also having your personal life going on they don't care about kids being out of school no resource of daycare if you don't have your own....a program that's supposed to help but rather its a program for failure you might as well do it on your own....Ghetto customer and client service....Professional level is on the lowest level....The stipends they suppose to give out every week they don't process on time or at all .....so you take a workshop class you might not get nothing because documents are not honored all the time of excuses that are important in real life and reality.....the supervisors no better than the instructors....The worst program in DC

I Must say, this the best, out patient behavioral clinic, I ever been too, it's very clean, some are very helpful and the others, well they are others, I wish never had left new york, the bronx, cause there's no better help else where, "THANK YOU FEDCAP FOR EVERYTHING Y'ALL HAVE DONE FOR ME"

These people are a waste of time.
