Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation Center

My best friends mom is a patient there. I always wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt cause I know it may not be easy so sometimes but I'm definitely concerned about this place after what I have witnessed time and time again visiting this place. Her mom will call daily saying that they're not answering her call button and that her mom is wet and so she tries to call up to the rehab nobody will answer or they'll even answer and hang up over and over again. This is definitely concerning.

My mom has been he for a long time and we have always had trouble with this place. Nurses are always st the nurses station sitting around literally while patients are pressing their call button. It's said because someone really could be needing help and the patients are being ignored. This place needs to be looked into. Where's undercover boss when you need one.

Liz at the front desk business office was a great source of comfort and support during my uncles stay at Fayetteville Health and rehab.She really cares about the patients families as well as the resident . Very professional and would always return my calls promptly. I could always count on her when I didn’t understand something to explain it to me and walk me through any process. She is a great asset to that institution . Such a valuable employee with a vast knowledge base.

I visit a lot of facilities. I see a lot of things. This is an older facility in need of some maintenance and improvements, however I’ve learned that the facility itself is far less important than the staff. After visiting for one hour in the facility today- I can confidently state that this staff cares. Solid teamwork and patient care from what I’ve seen thus far. I only read negative reviews, and there are definitely a few. Just remember - staff is all that matters. Cleanliness is second. That sad old-looking carpet over there isn’t a real concern for your loved one. I promise. 😉 Update: No. Just no. This place needs to be shut down.

Facility smelled great today! Plenty of Aides to help people! Clean environment during lunch service people being fed and talked to sweetly. Light answering response time was less than one minute. Overall a very good family environment.

My mom had to undergo rehabilitation here. Anytime I visited her through the process, she told me how well the staff treated her and how gentle the therapy department was with her. The staff went above and beyond to order things specifically for her rehab process as well as LISTENED to what she was saying. She’s been home for about a month now and still talks about this place.

This place is truly AMAZING!! I had to recently move a family member from another facility and chose Fayetteville Health and Rehab for our loved one. It was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. This place is so welcoming and you can tell the entire team really cares about the residents. We couldn’t ask for better care and feel blessed to have our loved one here. I don’t normally post reviews, but this place definitely deserves the credit. Hopefully I can help families looking for long-term care or short-term a place to call home. My family thanks you Fayetteville Health and Rehab for all you do each and every day!

I would actually like to be able to give them a 5 star rating. However that would mean there was no room for improvement. And there is always room for improvement. In anything anyone does.I was there for two weeks receiving wound care. And I will say the wound care was very well handled. Overall the entire staff did their jobs very well.
